Edmiston is offering the 40.8m Benetti CADA DIA at €23.9 million, presenting a 2025 Oasis 40M with seven guest cabins and a 4,000nm economical range.

Edmiston is offering CADA DIA, a 40.8-metre Benetti Oasis 40M delivered in 2025, at an asking price of €23.9 million excluding VAT. The 386 GT motor yacht combines RWD exterior design with interiors by Bonetti Kozerski Architecture and an unusually high-capacity seven-cabin layout for up to 14 guests.

A 2025 Oasis 40M enters the brokerage market

CADA DIA is one of the newest yachts currently offered in the 40-metre brokerage segment, having been delivered by Benetti in 2025. Edmiston describes her as the only Benetti Oasis 40M currently on the market, giving buyers access to the series without joining a new-build queue or waiting through a full construction programme.

Naval architecture is by Pierluigi Ausonio Naval Architecture, while RWD shaped the exterior profile around broad glazing and open aft-deck spaces. At 386 GT, the yacht combines substantial internal volume with a GRP hull and superstructure, keeping the platform within the production-derived engineering philosophy of the Oasis range. For buyers comparing late-model yachts, the recent delivery date also reduces the likelihood of an immediate age-driven refit cycle.

Seven cabins create an unusually flexible guest plan

Accommodation is arranged for up to 14 guests across seven cabins. The full-beam owner’s suite is located on the upper deck with direct access to the aft exterior, a private office, separate dressing rooms and a his-and-hers bathroom centred on a marble shower.

Two VIP cabins sit on the main deck, with four further guest cabins on the lower deck, each with its own en-suite. The arrangement gives CADA DIA more sleeping capacity than many yachts of comparable length and allows the owner to keep the upper deck particularly private while still supporting larger family or charter-style guest groups. Nine crew are accommodated across five crew cabins, supporting the service level expected from a yacht carrying a maximum guest complement of fourteen.

The Oasis Deck remains the defining exterior feature

Aft, the Oasis Deck combines a swimming pool, sun pads, loungers and relaxed seating with fold-down terraces that expand the usable deck area at water level. The concept is designed to make the stern function as a beach club throughout the day rather than as a conventional transition space between the saloon and swim platform.

The sun deck adds informal seating aft, shaded dining for 14 amidships and a forward bar and sunbed area, while a barbecue supports longer periods of outdoor use. A separate foredeck lounging area adds another open-air zone, and the main-deck interior includes a dedicated gym for owners placing greater emphasis on wellness facilities. The combination spreads guest activity across several decks rather than concentrating social use around a single exterior area.

MAN propulsion supports 4,000nm economical range

Twin 1,380 hp MAN diesel engines give CADA DIA a maximum speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 14.5 knots. Edmiston quotes a range of 4,000 nautical miles at an economical 8 knots, making the yacht capable of longer repositioning passages without sacrificing the relatively shallow draft expected from the Oasis platform.

That 2.1-metre draft also expands access to bays and anchorages that can be restrictive for deeper-draft yachts of similar volume. Together with a Castoldi Jet Tender 19 and a selection of water toys including Seabob, kayak, paddleboard and eFoil, the package is aimed at owners seeking both long-range cruising capability and a strong waterside leisure programme. That mix of range, draft and volume is a significant part of the commercial appeal of the Oasis 40M platform.
