IYC has announced a fresh sales appointment for the 40m Mangusta Beachouse on 17 September 2026, with the 2009-built yacht reported to have undergone a refit in 2024.
IYC announced on 17 September 2026 that Beachouse, a 40-metre Mangusta built by Overmarine, has joined its global sales fleet. Monaco managing partner Kevin Bonnie is representing the yacht, and the current release does not disclose a specific asking price.
This is a fresh listing rather than a confirmed sale, and the yacht has appeared in the same broker's announcements before. IYC recorded an earlier listing in 2020 and a completed sale in 2022, so historical asking prices should not be presented as the terms of the current appointment.
Beachouse was delivered in 2009 with a Stefano Righini exterior design, while IYC reports that she underwent refit work in 2024. The broker identifies her as the first in her series to incorporate the upgraded hull, although buyers will need to review the relevant build and maintenance documentation.
The yacht is fitted with MTU 4000 engines and zero-speed stabilisers, equipment intended to address both performance and comfort when anchored. IYC's charter specification separately lists a maximum speed of 30 knots, so an earlier advertised 41-knot figure should not be mistaken for a freshly verified present-day result.
The broker describes accommodation for ten guests in four cabins, supported by six crew members. The interior uses pale panels, wood flooring and colourful artwork, while the social arrangement includes a main saloon, external dining areas and a large swim platform.
Beachouse has also been offered for charter, which provides a relevant operating history but does not guarantee future charter earnings or continued commercial certification. Buyers should confirm the latest asking price, class and flag requirements, refit scope and any existing charter commitments directly with the appointed broker.
