Smart Yachts has taken the 55-metre Admiral S-Force 55 NAVIS into its central-agency sales fleet, highlighting a Giorgio Armani interior, two principal guest suites and long-range capability.

A new central-agency appointment

The 55-metre Admiral S-Force 55 NAVIS has entered the central-agency sales portfolio of Monaco-based Smart Yachts, according to a company announcement dated 30 October 2026. The appointment concerns a yacht delivered in 2024 and presented by the broker in near-new condition, rather than a new launch or a completed sale. Smart Yachts has not supplied an asking price in its announcement, so no valuation should be inferred from this change in representation.

NAVIS is an all-aluminium motor yacht of 499 gross tonnes, with accommodation arranged for 12 guests in six cabins. That combination places the yacht close to a significant tonnage threshold while retaining the space expected of a substantial modern superyacht. For a buyer evaluating recently delivered vessels, the attraction is the possibility of acquiring a completed, equipped yacht instead of waiting for a new-build programme. Any actual delivery timetable would depend on negotiations and survey conditions.

Armani's contribution to the interior

The most distinctive element of the listing is an interior credited to Giorgio Armani. Smart Yachts describes a restrained combination of neutral colours, dark timber and marble, with full-height glazing bringing daylight into the main saloon. Rather than relying on decorative novelty, the material palette is intended to connect several rooms visually. Photographs in the official announcement show how the finishes support a quiet residential character across the guest areas.

The accommodation includes a full-beam owner's suite on the main deck and a generous VIP suite on the lower deck, described by the broker as comparable to a second master suite. The distribution matters because it offers flexibility for an owner travelling with extended family or other senior guests. A circular dining room has broad sliding glass doors opening towards exterior spaces, bringing the formal dining area into closer contact with the deck instead of isolating it behind fixed glazing.

A sheltered beach club and connected decks

At the waterline, NAVIS uses high glazed sides around the beach club. The arrangement is designed to protect guests from wind while preserving views towards the sea, an approach that makes this normally open recreational area useful in more varied conditions. The broker's description emphasises the relationship between the beach club and outside water activities. It does not claim that the glazed enclosure turns the space into an all-weather certified cabin, and readers should distinguish comfort features from formal operating limits.

On the upper deck, a fully opening glass door links the interior lounge to the outdoor entertaining space, with an onyx bar serving both sides of the threshold. Above, the sundeck has a custom Jacuzzi. The forward touch-and-go helipad also doubles as a panoramic lounging area when aircraft operations are not taking place. These are different modes of using the same deck footprint, allowing the yacht to support aviation access where permitted and more conventional relaxation at other times.

Range, speed and cruising flexibility

The published technical outline states that NAVIS is powered by twin Caterpillar engines, reaches a maximum of 18 knots and has an estimated cruising range of roughly 3,750 nautical miles at 11 knots. The distinction between economical range speed and maximum speed is essential: the two performance figures should not be combined into a single claim. Actual endurance will depend on sea conditions, loading, fuel reserves, maintenance and the use of hotel systems during a particular voyage.

A quoted draught of about 2.3 metres may give NAVIS access to anchorages and marinas that would be unsuitable for deeper-draught yachts of similar length, subject to local charted depths and harbour rules. The announcement also lists RINA Green Plus certification and substantial technical upgrades, but does not provide a complete survey file or an itemised engineering history. Prospective buyers would therefore need current classification, flag, maintenance and sea-trial records before treating an attractive specification as independent proof of condition.

How this listing is positioned

Smart Yachts is drawing attention to three linked propositions: a recent 2024 delivery, a designer-led interior and a programme of guest facilities that spans sheltered water-level spaces, a large sundeck and a helicopter-capable foredeck. These features serve different priorities. Some owners will put the emphasis on private living space and cabin separation; others may value long cruising passages, guest entertainment or the option of arriving by helicopter when an appropriate operating plan is in place.

The fact that the yacht is in a central-agency portfolio describes the broker's role in marketing the vessel, not a change in the yacht's ownership or a guarantee of an agreed transaction. It also does not establish exclusivity over every source of information about the yacht. Smart Yachts identifies Julia Skop as the contact for the announcement and invites private viewings, placing practical due diligence and direct inspection at the centre of the next stage of the sale process.

What buyers should verify

The first checks for an interested buyer would be the full technical specification, ownership and registry documents, any liens or encumbrances, recent surveys and the exact scope of the work described as technical upgrades. A new-looking yacht may still have specific service intervals and warranty terms that need careful examination. Questions about the availability of the helipad, the beach-club enclosure, mooring equipment and regional charter compliance would also be resolved from documentation rather than publicity photographs.

NAVIS illustrates a characteristic option in the present superyacht market: a completed yacht with a distinctive design identity that may offer an alternative to commissioning a comparable bespoke build. Its 499GT volume, twin-suite arrangement and long-range figure are material facts from the broker's release. Price, contractual terms, current condition and any transfer date remain matters for the seller, buyer and their advisers. Superyacht Guide will treat the listing as a marketing announcement until an independently verified transaction is reported.
