40.2m Benetti ALEGRE Offered at €12.9m After 2026 Upgrades

The 40.2-metre Benetti ALEGRE remains listed through Edmiston at an asking price of €12.9 million excluding VAT, according to the broker's current sales specification. The 2019 Classic Supreme 132 is presented following a 2023 refit and further maintenance, servicing and upgrades completed through 2026; this is a current listing review, not an announcement of a new transaction today.

A maintained Classic Supreme platform

Edmiston identifies the yacht as a 2019 Benetti Classic Supreme 132, with 346 GT of internal volume and accommodation for twelve guests plus one additional berth in six cabins. The broker describes the 2026 work as a maintenance and upgrade programme rather than a new-build conversion.

The full-beam master suite occupies the main deck and includes an office and walk-in wardrobe. Two VIP doubles, a further double and two twins provide the remaining flexible accommodation, with one twin fitted with a Pullman berth.

The current sale price excludes VAT

The published €12.9 million figure is an asking price, not a completed sale consideration, and Edmiston explicitly marks it as excluding VAT. A separate Althaus Yachts listing carries the same current asking figure, corroborating the price shown by the brokerage.

Any prospective purchaser would still need to verify tax position, title, machinery condition and the scope of completed work through formal documentation. The public specification does not substitute for a survey or promise that the yacht has been sold.

Range and machinery define the passage brief

Two 1,450-horsepower MTU diesels drive a displacement hull designed for longer passages, with Edmiston quoting eleven knots cruising speed and fourteen knots maximum speed. Its published range is approximately 3,400 nautical miles, subject to load, weather and operating profile.

The broker also identifies zero-speed stabilisers and RINA commercial classification. The published engineering arrangement offers a different ownership proposition from a high-speed open yacht, although the stated figures remain builder and broker specifications rather than new September sea-trial results.

Design and deck areas favour extended use

Exterior design is credited to Stefano Righini, with the interior developed by Benetti in collaboration with Studio E. Farca. A main salon, upper sky lounge, shaded exterior dining areas and forward jacuzzi divide social spaces across the decks.

The sales catalogue lists a Castoldi jet tender, two personal watercraft and several smaller watersports items, giving context to the deck and storage layout. ALEGRE has been presented for sale for some time, so the material development in this review is the documented 2026 maintenance position, not a claim of a newly issued sale announcement.
