Besenzoni is exhibiting its UNICA custom superyacht accessories at Monaco, including the P470 Manta Comfort and P400 Matrix pilot chairs.

UNICA heads to Port Hercule

Italian marine equipment maker Besenzoni has confirmed it will exhibit its UNICA range at Monaco Yacht Show from 23 to 26 September 2026. The brand covers custom yacht accessories designed for owners, shipyards and designers, with pilot chairs among the products featured at this year's display.

The September announcement is a showcase of existing and configurable equipment, not a claim that the entire UNICA range is being launched for the first time. Besenzoni says its offering includes design, production and aftersales support for components created around individual yacht projects.

P470 Manta Comfort and P400 Matrix

Two pilot seats feature in the Monaco plans: the P470 Manta Comfort and P400 Matrix. Besenzoni's published specification for the P470 includes electric adjustment and a touch control panel integrated into an armrest, allowing the helmsman to alter seating position.

The manufacturer lists height adjustment, backrest inclination and seat travel among the P470's functions, with optional charging facilities and other configurations. Such features describe the product's available specification rather than proving its performance on every yacht or in every bridge layout.

Materials and integration with the bridge

The company's Atelier division offers selections of leather, upholstery materials, colours and finishes intended to match the surrounding interior design. Besenzoni says the seats can be configured around owner preferences as well as the practical dimensions of a helm station.

Builders and captains evaluating a helm-seat replacement should confirm mounting compatibility, power supply, sightlines and the relationship between controls and bridge equipment for their specific vessel. Custom upholstery and additional options may also affect pricing and delivery times, neither of which is established by this show announcement.

Service and further specifications

Besenzoni says its international aftersales network supports clients around the clock in major yachting areas. The Monaco presentation will allow visitors to discuss the available configuration options for the P470 and P400 with the manufacturer's team.

The official P470 specification gives further product details, while the company's September release confirms the show programme. The article's photograph depicts the actual P470 product and is not an unrelated bridge installation.
