Burgess says its Monaco Yacht Show presence represented more than €1.03 billion in asking value, combining nine yachts in the show with 13 additional yachts at anchor.

Burgess has published its 2026 Monaco Yacht Show review, reporting more than €1.03 billion in total asking value across its brokerage presence. The company displayed nine yachts inside the show and another 13 at anchor, while more than 100 Burgess employees were on the ground for sales, charter, technical and client activity.

The brokerage fleet exceeded €1 billion

Burgess says its Monaco line-up represented more than 30 per cent of the show’s total brokerage sales value and included the three highest-value yachts offered for sale during the event. The in-show fleet ranged from 30-metre EBYSHINE to 76.5-metre Feadship BOARDWALK V.

Other major listings included 74-metre Amels SYNTHESIS at €132 million and 71.5-metre Feadship VANISH at €148 million. The breadth of the fleet gave the brokerage exposure to buyers considering established Northern European pedigree, recent Italian builds and large sailing yachts within one concentrated programme.

Monaco also became a new-build meeting point

Burgess used the show to highlight opportunities beyond existing brokerage inventory, including the Amels 80 platform and Benetti B.Now 67. The company says its brokers and technical teams can remain involved from platform selection and specification development through construction oversight and later operational support.

That overlap between brokerage and new build is increasingly visible at Monaco because buyers can inspect delivered yachts while discussing future hull slots with builders in the same harbour. A show visit can therefore move quickly from comparing existing vessels to evaluating delivery timelines and technical customisation on a new project.

Sustainability formed part of the commercial programme

Burgess participated in the Blue Wake programme and highlighted its Sustainable Seas Programme, while its partnership with Blue Marine Foundation brought attention to Mediterranean seagrass protection. The company also continued its UKSA cadet initiative, placing five cadets into practical tender and boat-show support roles.

These initiatives sit alongside the commercial purpose of the show rather than replacing it. For management and brokerage companies, environmental programmes and workforce development increasingly influence how they present long-term value to owners, crews and partners beyond the immediate transaction.

The show now moves into follow-up mode

Burgess also worked with Aston Martin, LEKKER, Saxdor, Ethereal Blooms and JORO during the week, using partnerships to support hospitality and client movement around Port Hercule. Forty per cent of the Burgess yachts at Monaco were using two or more of the company’s services.

The next measure of the event will be the inspections, negotiations and new-build discussions that continue after Monaco. Burgess now turns toward the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show at the end of October, where many of the same buyer and owner conversations can move into the US market.
