40-metre custom yacht leads the new-build return

The most tangible evidence is a custom 40-metre yacht under construction for a European owner. The project is the first all-metal yacht in Cantieri di Pisa's history and is scheduled for delivery in summer 2027.

Its progress will be an important test of the revived shipyard's ability to move from refit and heritage positioning into consistent new production.
