Change at Turquoise Yachts Wednesday, October 15th 2025 After some six years at Turquoise and having contributed greatly during the transition of Turquoise’s shareholding change, our CEO – Mr. Patrik von Sydow – has chosen to leave us on 30th November 2025. We thank him for his tireless dedication to Turquoise and the Team during the numerous newbuilding sales, constructions and deliveries, spanning his tenure - wishing him the very best in his future endeavors. Until such date and from then onwards, our Board member and Executive Director, Mr. Burak Akgül will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer of Turquoise Yachts with immediate effect while Patrik continues to contribute as Company Advisor until 30th November 2025. With over three decades of experience at an industry-leader of the day – much of which directly related to foreign-owned yacht building operations in Turkey – Burak offers a rare mixture of international experience to help guide Turquoise on its path to further growth and success – together with the unique strength of our valued Team and Stakeholders – altogether, the Turquoise Family.
