Conrad Shipyard says Monaco Yacht Show 2026 generated new industry contacts and interest in its motor and sailing yacht projects.
Conrad Shipyard has closed its 2026 Monaco Yacht Show programme reporting new project discussions and contacts across the international superyacht market. The Polish yard exhibited at Port Hercules and used the show to present its current motor and sailing yacht work.
The company said meetings at stand JS-11 included existing partners as well as new industry contacts. Monaco remains one of the few annual events where builders, brokers, designers, suppliers and prospective owners are concentrated in one place for several days.
Conrad has been increasing its visibility beyond Poland through projects such as the C144s motor yacht series and the C140 CO.ONE sailing yacht. The Monaco presence gives the yard direct access to buyers and advisers who may not routinely visit its Gdańsk facilities.
For a boutique builder, the value of the show is often in project-specific conversations rather than stand traffic alone. Conrad used the event to discuss bespoke construction and to reinforce relationships with design and brokerage partners.
The yard’s post-show message focused on the number of conversations held during the event and the interest shown in current projects. Those discussions now move into the quieter commercial stage where preliminary specifications, delivery timing and build capacity can be explored in more detail.
Conrad has said it intends to return to Monaco in 2027. The 2026 participation therefore forms part of a longer-term effort to establish the Gdańsk yard more firmly in the international custom superyacht market.
