Burgess takes a joint sales role

Burgess has announced its appointment as joint central agent for the sale of PROJECT ZEMBRA, a 46.3-metre Delta Marine motor yacht offered at $69 million. The 26 October release brings a distinctive bronze-finished project to the brokerage market, with a full-displacement hull and accommodation arranged over four decks.

The current sales listing identifies composite construction, a gross tonnage of 499 and accommodation for up to 12 guests in five cabins. Delta Design Group is credited with naval architecture, exterior styling and space planning, with Roger Thomas and Woogmaster Studio also named in the interior design team.

A project organised around access and exploration equipment

The published arrangement places the owner’s suite on the main deck and the principal guest accommodation below. An elevator serves the four decks, and the broker describes one guest cabin as wheelchair accessible; the precise suitability of those arrangements should be established for an individual guest’s requirements.

Burgess also lists an ICON A5 amphibious aircraft, a U-Boat Worx submersible and substantial lifting equipment among the project particulars. Inclusion in a sales inventory should be confirmed during negotiation, together with the equipment’s certification, operating requirements and current condition.

Lifecycle descriptions require confirmation

The announcement describes a 2026 delivery, while the listing’s location field still reads “Under construction.” Those published descriptions are not fully aligned, so this report does not independently confirm handover or operational readiness. The sales appointment and asking price are the clear current developments.

The detailed listing quotes twin Caterpillar C32 engines, 12-knot cruising and a maximum speed of 15.5 knots. Buyers can consult the current project particulars and request direct confirmation of build status and the equipment included before treating the yacht as ready for service.
