Feadship BOARDWALK V Cut by €14m to €135m

Y.CO has reduced the asking price of the 76.5-metre Feadship BOARDWALK V to €135 million, a €14 million reduction from the €149 million figure previously carried by Superyacht Guide in August. The 2021 yacht remains one of the largest modern Feadships currently offered for sale.

The new price gives the brokerage market a materially different reference point for BOARDWALK V rather than simply restating the original listing. Y.CO continues to market the yacht during Monaco Yacht Show week, where she is available for prospective buyers to view.

€14m reduction resets the asking price

BOARDWALK V is now listed at €135 million, down from the previous €149 million asking price. That represents a reduction of approximately 9.4 percent and changes the yacht's relative position among the highest-value superyachts available on the open market.

Price adjustments at this level can influence not only a single negotiation but also comparable-yacht expectations across the upper brokerage segment. Buyers and advisers will still need to consider VAT position, maintenance history and transaction structure separately from the headline asking price.

Feadship build with 1,848GT of volume

The yacht measures 76.5 metres overall, with a 12.3-metre beam and a gross tonnage of 1,848GT. De Voogt is responsible for the naval architecture and exterior design, while the yacht accommodates up to 14 guests in seven cabins.

The main-deck owner's apartment includes separate dressing and bathroom areas as well as fixed balconies. A bridge-deck VIP suite and additional lower-deck cabins broaden the accommodation options for family, guests or charter-style hosting.

Pool, helipad and three-sided beach club

BOARDWALK V's sun deck includes a large mosaic-lined pool and hot tub, while the observation deck is arranged for panoramic views. A helipad further extends the yacht's transport flexibility, with Y.CO noting that an EC130 helicopter can be purchased separately.

At water level, the beach and fitness club opens on three sides and incorporates diving and watersports storage. The yacht's forward tender garage is designed to carry two tenders while keeping the aft guest areas free for leisure use.

Monaco gives the revised price immediate visibility

Y.CO is presenting BOARDWALK V during Monaco Yacht Show, giving the revised €135 million asking price immediate exposure to one of the year's largest concentrations of qualified buyers and advisers. The yacht has been used privately and is presented by the broker as being in very strong condition.

For the market, the most important new development is the price rather than a change in the yacht itself. BOARDWALK V remains a 2021 Feadship with substantial volume, but the €14 million reduction creates a new basis for comparison within the 70-to-80-metre sales segment.
