Y.CO is offering the 52.34-metre Perini Navi sailing yacht SQUALL for sale at €19.9 million, with the yacht currently in the Monaco Yacht Show 2026 fleet. Delivered in 2002, SQUALL completed a comprehensive €3.5 million refit in spring 2026 that included a full paint programme, rig work and special survey completion.

The combination of a major recent refit and long-term single ownership makes SQUALL an unusual brokerage proposition. Buyers can evaluate a yacht with more than two decades of operating history while also seeing the result of a substantial recent investment intended to prepare her for the next ownership cycle.

The 2026 refit addressed paint, rig and survey work

Y.CO says the spring 2026 programme included a full paint job, comprehensive rig refit and completion of the yacht's special survey. Those areas are particularly significant on a large sailing yacht because rig inspection, standing rigging, paint systems and class requirements can all involve long planning periods and substantial yard time.

The €3.5 million figure also gives buyers a clearer indication of the scale of the recent investment than a generic claim that the yacht has been refitted. SQUALL was designed by Dubois Naval Architects with interiors by Rémi Tessier, creating a yacht intended to combine real sailing performance with long-range cruising comfort. The aluminium construction keeps weight under control, while the 360GT interior provides accommodation for 10 guests plus two additional berths.

The layout includes five cabins, with a full-beam owner's suite and four additional guest cabins. That arrangement makes the yacht practical for family cruising while retaining the proportions and technical spaces required for a serious sailing programme.

€19.9m tests the market for refitted Perini pedigree

Large Perini Navi sailing yachts continue to occupy a distinctive part of the brokerage market because there are relatively few comparable vessels combining build pedigree, interior volume and established ocean-going capability. SQUALL's asking price gives buyers a current reference for a yacht that has recently completed a substantial technical programme.

Her display in Monaco is especially useful because sailing-yacht buyers can inspect rig condition, deck hardware, interior finish and machinery spaces directly after the refit.
