Feadship has recorded multiple successes at the 2026 World Superyacht Awards with Breakthrough, Valor and Pi among the yachts recognised. The group spans very different owner briefs, giving the yard awards for technology, expedition capability and refined custom design rather than one repeated formula.
Breakthrough, at 118.8 metres, was recognised in connection with its advanced cryogenic hydrogen fuel-cell installation. The yacht is also the largest superyacht built in the Netherlands and combines that technical ambition with exterior and interior work by RWD.
Valor was recognised in the 1,500 GT to 2,499 GT category for a capability-focused brief aimed at independent operation in demanding environments. Studio De Voogt developed the yacht with interiors by Bannenberg & Rowell.
Pi represents a very different direction, with exterior design by Jarkko Jämsén and interiors by Liaigre. Curved glass, sculptural hull geometry and diesel-electric propulsion form part of a project where technical refinement is integrated into a highly distinctive visual identity.
Feadship builds one-off yachts rather than a catalogue of repeated production models, so each award-winning project represents a different set of engineering and design decisions. Recognition across several categories therefore gives the builder evidence of capability across a broad range of owner priorities.
The results also underline the importance of specialist partners throughout the Dutch custom-yacht ecosystem. Designers, naval architects, suppliers and yard teams all contribute to projects that can differ radically in size, use and technical ambition.
