Four Seasons Yachts Names Five Chefs for 2027 Voyages

Five chefs from Michelin-starred Four Seasons restaurants will host 2027 Mediterranean and Caribbean voyages aboard Four Seasons I, with menus beyond Sedna.

A wider visiting-chef programme at sea

Four Seasons Yachts has named five chefs who will appear aboard Four Seasons I on selected Mediterranean and Caribbean voyages in 2027. The 22 September announcement expands the second year of its Chef-in-Residence initiative, bringing a restaurant-led programme into an all-suite vessel's wider hospitality operation.

This is an announcement of future guest experiences, not a new yacht launch or evidence that any of the scheduled 2027 sailings has already taken place. The visiting chefs will be drawn from restaurants in Hong Kong, Paris, Cap-Ferrat, Tokyo and Napa Valley.

More than a single special dinner

Each residency will include a four- or five-course tasting menu at the yacht's Sedna restaurant, accompanied by wine pairings. The operator also plans a one-day takeover of another onboard dining venue and a welcome reception at Horizon Lounge, offering guests more than one opportunity to meet the visiting chef.

The expanded format builds on the inaugural season rather than replacing the vessel's core culinary team. Specific reservations, inclusions and any subsequent chef additions need to be confirmed for the individual voyage.

The names and their sailing dates

Guillaume Galliot of three-Michelin-starred Caprice is scheduled for the 18–31 January Grand Caribbean sailing to Tobago and Dominica, followed by Evan Neumann of one-star Auro on the 31 January–7 February Lesser Antilles voyage. Yoric Tièche of Le Cap returns for the 3–10 October Riviera itinerary featuring Capri and Cannes.

Guillaume Bracaval of Tokyo's one-star est is announced for the Canary Islands voyage on 6–13 November, and Bertrand Noeureuil of two-star L'Orangerie for the 21–28 November Lesser Antilles sailing. Restaurant distinctions refer to the chefs' land-based venues, not Michelin awards bestowed on the yacht.

Hospitality as a point of differentiation

The programme shows how a residential-style vessel can use collaborations with an established hotel network to shape its guest experience. Its commercial significance is in voyage programming and guest services, distinct from advances in propulsion or naval architecture.

The operator says further culinary details will follow, including Sedna's next chapter. The exact official image accompanying this report comes from the 2027 announcement, with the schedule and chefs verified against the operator's release.
