Monaco Yacht Show Gives €55,000 to Prince Albert II Foundation

An annual partnership continues in Monaco

Monaco Yacht Show has presented a €55,000 donation to the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation during the 2026 event, continuing a partnership that began in 2010. The presentation took place during the official visit of Prince Albert II and was staged aboard the 67-metre Benetti B.Now yacht DAGGER.

The donation is a direct financial contribution to the Foundation rather than an award for a yacht or exhibitor. It sits alongside the show's wider environmental programming, including Blue Wake and discussions around measurable improvements in yacht operations.

Toby Moore, CEO of Informa Prestige, and Stephen Carter, CEO of Informa Group, presented the cheque in the presence of Romain Ottavj from the Foundation. The choice of DAGGER connected the presentation with a yacht that has itself featured in current discussions around hybrid systems and the SEA Index.

That setting should not be interpreted as meaning the donation came from the yacht owner or builder. The contribution is from Monaco Yacht Show as part of its ongoing relationship with the Foundation.

Environmental work remains part of the show's public role

The Prince Albert II Foundation supports environmental protection and sustainable development internationally. Monaco Yacht Show says its annual contribution reflects the organiser's responsibility to use the event as a platform for companies working on practical environmental improvements in yachting.
