Monaco Yacht Show Adds Networking Decks and Evening Afterworks

More meeting space beyond the stands

Monaco Yacht Show has introduced Networking Decks at Quai Albert Ier and Darse Sud for the 2026 edition, giving exhibitors and visitors dedicated places to continue conversations away from stands and yacht appointments. The areas operate from 10am to 5pm during the show with coffee and bottled water available.

The addition is simple compared with a yacht premiere, but it addresses a practical feature of major industry events: many commercial discussions happen between scheduled meetings rather than inside an exhibition booth. A dedicated shared space gives those conversations somewhere to continue without disrupting formal appointments.

Afterworks extend the day

From Wednesday through Friday, one networking location becomes an evening afterwork area between 5pm and 7pm. The programme rotates between Darse Sud, Quai Albert Ier and the Upper Deck Lounge, with drinks and small bites offered to visitors and exhibitors.

These sessions are open networking opportunities rather than private invitation-only negotiations. Availability of hospitality remains subject to the organiser's programme and capacity on the day.

A useful change for suppliers and service companies

Superyacht projects typically involve builders, designers, equipment makers, managers, brokers and specialist advisers who may be spread across different sections of the show. Informal common areas can make it easier to continue a technical or commercial discussion without blocking a busy stand or waiting for another formal appointment.

For smaller suppliers in particular, access to neutral meeting space can matter when they do not have a large hospitality area of their own. The value remains in the conversations made there rather than the facility itself.

Part of a wider 2026 visitor programme

The Networking Decks sit alongside Monaco Yacht Show's lounges, conference programme, yacht displays and specialist areas. Their introduction shows the organiser placing more emphasis on how people move through and use the event, not only on the number of exhibitors and yachts present.
