Northrop & Johnson Confirms Seven-Yacht FLIBS 2026 Lineup

Northrop & Johnson has confirmed a seven-yacht sales lineup for the 2026 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, which runs from 28 October to 1 November across six locations in Fort Lauderdale. The brokerage says it will be one of the show's largest in-water exhibitors, with a display led by the 44.5-metre Trinity SUMMERDANCE and supported by dedicated client facilities at the Hall of Fame Face Dock and an off-site private estate.

The announcement adds detail to the brokerage picture for this year's FLIBS rather than simply listing attendance. Northrop & Johnson is bringing yachts spanning recent production models, refitted long-range cruisers and an established American-built superyacht, while also using the show to connect sales, charter, new construction and crew services in one operating base.

Seven yachts for sale, led by SUMMERDANCE

At the top of the lineup is SUMMERDANCE, a 44.5-metre Trinity Yachts motor yacht delivered in 2004 and extensively refitted in 2025. Northrop & Johnson says approximately $5 million was invested in that refit, while the yacht completed her 20-year ABS survey in 2024 and is now offered at an asking price of $15.45 million.

SUMMERDANCE accommodates 12 guests in five staterooms and will be presented at FLIBS for both sale and charter. Her place at the head of the display gives Northrop & Johnson a yacht above 40 metres in a lineup that otherwise concentrates heavily on the 27-to-37-metre brokerage segment, allowing prospective buyers to compare markedly different ownership propositions within the same exhibitor group.

The next-largest yacht is the 37.19-metre Horizon MISS MICHELLE, delivered in 2025 and offered at $14.5 million. She accommodates eight guests in four staterooms and combines a full-beam main-deck master suite with a second master below, together with a beach club and large flybridge intended to make use of the yacht's volume across several guest areas.

Northrop & Johnson is also bringing the 30.48-metre Sunseeker PURA VIDA, a 2024 Sunseeker 100 Yacht listed at $13.395 million. The brokerage records five staterooms for 10 guests, upgraded twin MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines and a top speed of 30 knots, with recent work including new teak decks, bottom paint and PropSpeed completed in October 2025.

Recent listings strengthen the middle of the display

Two yachts already familiar from Northrop & Johnson's latest brokerage announcements will also be at the show. The 29-metre Ocean Alexander JUST A VACATION and 27.43-metre Palmer Johnson GEMBERY were both added to the market in September, giving the FLIBS lineup a pair of newly promoted listings with very different design and operating profiles.

JUST A VACATION was delivered in 2024 as an Ocean Alexander 30R and is offered at $12.9 million. Northrop & Johnson says more than 200 owner-selected changes and upgrades were incorporated during the build, and the yacht accommodates 10 guests in five staterooms with an enclosed flybridge, alfresco bridge-deck dining and an air-conditioned beach club.

GEMBERY, by contrast, is a 1992 Palmer Johnson Vripack Doggersbank with a long-range cruising configuration and more than $2.3 million invested in a 2026 refit. The work included hull and topsides paint, teak decks, air-conditioning and chiller systems, helm electronics and other technical upgrades, while the brokerage states a range of more than 3,000 nautical miles at a 10-knot cruising speed.

The 27.43-metre Horizon RIO adds another current brokerage option in the same length band. Delivered as a 2023 model, she accommodates up to 11 guests in five staterooms, has a main-deck full-beam master suite and is equipped with stabilization at anchor and underway; Northrop & Johnson lists her at $9 million and also offers her for charter.

Sales and charter activity overlap at FLIBS

The 2026 lineup is not limited to sale-only inventory. SUMMERDANCE and RIO will both be displayed as yachts available for charter as well as purchase, while the 31.1-metre Alpha Custom Yachts VIVACE is due to be available for charter around the show rather than forming part of the seven-yacht sales display.

That overlap matters because FLIBS attracts owners, buyers and charter clients at the same time, and a yacht's commercial use can form part of the ownership discussion. Northrop & Johnson quotes charter rates from $165,000 per week for SUMMERDANCE, $90,000 per week for RIO and $115,000 per week for VIVACE, with the latter expected to include The Bahamas among her 2026 cruising regions.

The smallest yacht in the announced sales lineup is the 18.9-metre Beneteau ABIDE AWHILE, which sits below Superyacht Guide's 24-metre fleet threshold but remains part of Northrop & Johnson's official FLIBS display. She is a 2022 Grand Trawler 62 with three staterooms for six guests and an asking price of $1.85 million, completing a display that ranges from production cruising yachts to a 44.5-metre Trinity.

A larger client base around the docks

Northrop & Johnson will operate from two dedicated FLIBS locations. Its in-show lounge will be at Hall of Fame Face Dock HOF FD 48-50, while a separate private estate will provide another meeting and hospitality base away from the main show traffic, with valet parking plus car and tender transfers between locations.

The brokerage says staff from its global offices will attend across sales, new construction, charter management, retail charter, crew services and other functions. That setup makes the presence more than a static yacht display and is intended to give clients a single place to move between inspections, brokerage discussions and wider ownership or charter planning during the five-day event.

FLIBS itself is scheduled across the Broward County Convention Center, Bahia Mar Yachting Center, Hall of Fame Marina, Las Olas Marina, Pier Sixty-Six Marina and Superyacht Village at Pier Sixty-Six South. The official show schedule opens with a noon-to-7pm preview day on Wednesday 28 October, followed by four general-admission days through Sunday 1 November.

For the superyacht market, Northrop & Johnson's lineup is notable for the breadth of current brokerage stock it puts physically in front of buyers, particularly between 27 and 45 metres. With seven yachts for sale, two of those also marketed for charter and an additional charter yacht operating around the event, the company is positioning FLIBS as a concentrated sales and client-service week rather than a conventional stand-alone boat-show appearance.
