Palma Superyacht Village Opens 2027 Returning Exhibitor Registration

Palma Superyacht Village has set out the first exhibitor-registration stage for its 2027 edition, which will run from 28 April to 1 May as part of the Palma International Boat Show. Returning exhibitors will receive an exclusive application period from 2 October until 2 November before registration opens to companies that have not previously participated.

The organisers announced the timetable while the team was attending the autumn yachting circuit in Cannes and Monaco. The early registration window indicates that planning for next spring’s show is already moving into the allocation stage rather than waiting until the winter event calendar is under way.

Returning exhibitors receive a one-month priority window

Companies that participated in previous editions can apply from 2 October and have until 2 November to secure their place during the priority period. After that date, applications will open to new exhibitors, creating a defined sequence for businesses seeking space within the 2027 edition.

That structure matters for an event where berths, waterfront exhibition areas and specialist superyacht zones are finite. Giving previous participants first access can support continuity, while the subsequent opening to new companies allows the exhibitor mix to change rather than becoming permanently closed to newcomers.

The Superyacht Village remains focused on yachts over 24 metres

The Superyacht Village operates as the large-yacht component of the wider Palma International Boat Show and is organised in partnership with MYBA. Its remit covers yachts over 24 metres together with brokerage, refit, repair, equipment and professional services connected to the superyacht sector.

That separation is useful for visitors because the broader Palma show spans a much wider leisure-marine market. Within the Village, buyers, brokers, captains, yards and technical suppliers can concentrate on vessels and services directly relevant to the professional large-yacht fleet.

Palma’s refit economy gives the show a practical industry base

The event is not located in an isolated exhibition destination because Palma is already an active superyacht service and refit centre. The Refit & Repair area reflects that local industry, bringing yards, contractors and technical suppliers into the same event as brokerage yachts and owner-facing businesses.

For exhibitors, that means the show can reach people who are in Mallorca for operational reasons as well as visitors travelling specifically for the event. The combination of an established service cluster, marina infrastructure and a seasonal fleet movement through the western Mediterranean gives Palma a distinct role in the European spring calendar.

2027 planning starts before the current season closes

The next Palma International Boat Show is scheduled for 28 April to 1 May 2027, placing it near the start of the Mediterranean summer season. Companies considering participation therefore need to make space and staffing decisions months before many yachts begin their main cruising programmes.

The returning-exhibitor window is the first concrete administrative milestone for that process.
