Northrop & Johnson continues to offer the 48.8m Rossinavi EIV at $32.75 million, highlighting her completed five-year class survey and Bahamas-friendly draft.

The 48.77-metre Rossinavi motor yacht EIV remains on the current sales market with Northrop & Johnson at an asking price of $32.75 million. Built in 2020, the yacht combines a relatively shallow 2.29-metre draft with five guest cabins, and the brokerage says her five-year class survey has been completed.

A current listing rather than a new launch

EIV is being presented as an active brokerage offering, not as a newly announced yacht or a fresh shipyard delivery. Northrop & Johnson lists the yacht at 160 feet, or 48.77 metres, with accommodation for 11 guests across five cabins and a crew complement of nine.

The current asking price is $32.75 million, and the brokerage notes that the yacht is not offered for sale or charter to US residents while in US waters. That qualification matters when interpreting her Fort Lauderdale market positioning and does not alter the underlying global sales listing.

Survey status strengthens the technical picture

Northrop & Johnson's brokerage announcement says EIV has completed her five-year class survey, giving prospective buyers a more current maintenance milestone than the original 2020 delivery date alone. The same material describes the yacht as engineered around modern owner use and long-range comfort.

A completed class survey is not the same as an independent condition report or a guarantee that no additional work will arise during due diligence. Buyers would still normally commission their own technical inspection, review class records and examine maintenance history before proceeding.

Shallow draft broadens cruising options

The brokerage identifies a 7-foot-6-inch, or approximately 2.29-metre, draft as one of EIV's practical selling points. That dimension is particularly relevant for owners interested in cruising grounds where deeper-draft yachts face tighter access to anchorages and marina approaches.

The yacht's beach club is described as a wellness-focused space with a hammam, aromatherapy steam room, hot-and-cold shower arrangement and plunge pool. Those features are part of the brokerage presentation and should be evaluated alongside the yacht's engineering spaces, service access and operational requirements.

Rossinavi remains visible in the resale market

EIV adds another recent-build Rossinavi to the upper end of the brokerage market, with Northrop & Johnson currently grouping her among the Italian yard's yachts for sale. The 2020 build date places her in a different ownership cycle from new-build projects still under construction.

For Superyacht Guide, the relevant development is her continued market status at a stated $32.75 million and the completed survey milestone, rather than a claim that she was newly listed today. Asking prices and availability can change, so the broker's current listing remains the controlling source.
