ACP Surveyors says it carried out the pre-purchase survey for the 48-metre Rossinavi N2H and records that the associated brokerage deal was successfully completed.

ACP Surveyors has published a project record confirming that it was entrusted by the future owner of the 48-metre Rossinavi N2H to carry out a pre-purchase survey. The marine surveyor states that the deal was successfully conducted by a large Monaco brokerage house, providing a current transaction signal without disclosing the buyer, broker or purchase price.

Survey work preceded the ownership transaction

ACP describes its role as a pre-purchase survey undertaken on behalf of the future owner, a process normally intended to establish the yacht's condition and identify material technical issues before completion. The public project record does not disclose the survey findings, so it should not be interpreted as evidence that the yacht was free of defects or recommendations.

The surveyor does state that the deal was successfully conducted, linking the technical inspection to a completed brokerage process. No sale price, completion date or buyer identity is published in the project record, and those details should remain unreported unless supported by a separate reliable source.

N2H was delivered by Rossinavi in 2017

ACP identifies N2H as a 48-metre motor yacht delivered by Rossinavi in 2017, with a gross tonnage of 494 and a draught of 2.2 metres. The surveyor also attributes the exterior lines and interior design to Team 4 Design and records a steel hull with aluminium superstructure.

Those specifications place the yacht just below the 500GT threshold that shapes many custom-yacht design and regulatory decisions. The combination of substantial volume and a 48-metre overall length makes N2H representative of the large custom motor-yacht sector in which survey scope can extend across structure, machinery, electrical systems, class records and onboard equipment.

Twin Caterpillar engines support a 14-knot figure

The project record says two Caterpillar engines power N2H and gives a 14-knot speed figure for the yacht. It does not provide engine hours, maintenance history or sea-trial results, all of which would normally be relevant to a buyer's assessment during a pre-purchase process.

A public survey-project summary is therefore useful evidence that professional technical due diligence took place, but it is not a substitute for the confidential survey report itself. Prospective buyers of comparable yachts would ordinarily combine physical inspection with documentation review, oil analysis, machinery testing and sea trials where appropriate.

Transaction details remain deliberately limited

ACP's statement confirms the successful conclusion of the brokerage deal while withholding commercially sensitive information about the parties and value. That level of disclosure is common in private yacht transactions, where public confirmation may be limited even after technical and legal due diligence has been completed.

For market tracking, the important verified point is that N2H was the subject of a future-owner pre-purchase survey connected with a successfully conducted Monaco brokerage transaction. Superyacht Guide will keep the price and ownership fields unreported unless documentary or source-backed evidence becomes available later.
