Royal Yacht International has announced a limited-time $10.995 million Fort Lauderdale show asking price for 34.14-metre Sanlorenzo SX112 ANOTHER ONE.
Royal Yacht International announced on 30 October a limited-time asking price of $10.995 million for ANOTHER ONE, the 34.14-metre Sanlorenzo SX112. The brokerage describes the reduction as a $1.5 million Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show special and says the yacht is currently out of the water in Miami. That creates an opportunity for a potential purchaser to inspect aspects of the hull that may be less accessible when the vessel is afloat. It does not amount to a completed sale.
The timing and conditions of the offer should be confirmed directly, including whether any deadline or specific contract terms apply. Buyers must not assume that an asking-price reduction establishes the yacht’s market value. A useful comparison includes the boat’s technical and refit history, remaining warranty, inventory and applicable tax status. The chance to see a hull ashore is welcome, but it is one component of a complete survey rather than a substitute for an in-water sea trial.
Sanlorenzo’s SX112 is a 34-metre crossover concept known for an extensive sea-level beach area and the close connection between interior and exterior living spaces. The shipyard credits Zuccon International Project for the exterior lines and Piero Lissoni for the interior design of its original model. ANOTHER ONE’s brokerage particulars describe fold-out terraces, panoramic glazing and broad sliding doors, arrangements intended to let guests move naturally between the aft platform and the adjoining lounge.
A beach area that opens onto the water can transform how owners use an anchorage. It also introduces hydraulic machinery, drainage, sealing arrangements and procedures that require careful inspection. A purchaser should review how the terraces lock, which conditions permit use and how tender operations interact with swimmers. The most successful open-stern design is one that the captain and crew can operate reliably, leaving guests to enjoy its unusual sense of space.
According to the brokerage, ANOTHER ONE accommodates up to nine guests in four lower-deck cabins, comprising three double rooms and a twin with an additional Pullman berth. The lower deck also includes a lounge or gym area, making the interior more adaptable than a rigid arrangement of sleeping rooms alone. The broker reports accommodation for five crew. The suitability of those numbers for any intended use should be checked against the yacht’s registration and certification.
A group of nine can be comfortable on a yacht of this size when the cabin layout suits its relationships and routines. Families may appreciate the flexible twin, while adults travelling together should consider privacy, noise and access to bathrooms. If the lounge is used as a gym, its equipment and ventilation deserve attention. Potential charter-minded buyers should obtain the approved guest occupancy and operating limitations rather than rely only on promotional photographs.
The announcement notes that ANOTHER ONE is out of the water in Miami, presenting an opportunity to inspect exposed underwater surfaces, appendages and fittings. A surveyor can use this time to examine coating condition, signs of impact and the quality of earlier repairs. The yacht’s 2022 build year makes her relatively recent, but even a young vessel can reveal issues when examined carefully. The seller should supply the current lift-out record and clear access for an independent inspection.
A dry inspection cannot demonstrate performance under load. Water ingress, stabilisation, manoeuvring, vibration and system reliability must be assessed after returning the yacht to the sea. Buyers should therefore organise both the ashore examination and a comprehensive operational trial. The survey brief must account for the SX112’s particular beach-platform mechanisms, glazing and propulsion arrangement. It is sensible to agree the test programme before the offer is finalised.
Royal Yacht International previously publicised ANOTHER ONE at $12.95 million in February 2026 and $12.45 million in May. Its October announcement now offers $10.995 million during the boat-show promotion. Those figures indicate how the advertised position has moved, but should not be interpreted as three independent valuations. They are broker asking prices at different dates, and the current release describes its latest level as a limited-time special.
Any negotiation should rely on the latest written price, currency, equipment list, location and closing conditions. The seller’s willingness to discuss terms may depend on timing and the nature of the proposed transaction. It is also essential to understand taxes, registration and any restrictions on sale to particular buyers. A careful transaction can benefit from a price adjustment without letting the prospect of a discount obscure the technical or legal due diligence.
ANOTHER ONE combines the established Sanlorenzo SX112 design with a distinctive emphasis on water access and lower-deck versatility. The show offer makes her worth considering for buyers who want a modern 34-metre yacht with strong visual links to the sea and a four-cabin plan. The brokerage’s announcement supplies a clear date, location and asking figure, while the builder’s own published design description corroborates the crossover concept.
The next step is a viewing followed by independent checks of machinery, underwater surfaces, the opening stern, class or flag documentation and current ownership. An experienced captain should evaluate how the yacht fits the buyer’s regular passages and berth requirements. The advertised special price may be the immediate news, but the lasting decision rests on whether ANOTHER ONE’s condition and practical layout justify the commitment.
