36m Sirena 118 Moves Into Flagship Role After 2026 Launch

Sirena Yachts' 36-metre Sirena 118 now sits at the top of the builder's range following its successful launch in 2026 and public debut programme. The composite tri-deck yacht is designed around a fast-displacement hull by Germán Frers, exterior styling by Sirena's in-house team and an interior by Dutch studio Cor D. Rover, all within a volume below 300 GT.

A larger step for the Sirena range

The Sirena 118 represents the builder's move beyond its established production-yacht sizes into a 36-metre flagship with a significantly larger interior and crew operation. Sirena describes the model as the beginning of a new chapter rather than a one-off project, positioning it as a reference point for future larger yachts.

At under 300 GT, the design aims to create substantial guest volume without moving into the regulatory and operational scale of a much heavier custom yacht. The three-deck arrangement also allows owners to separate private accommodation, guest areas and crew service routes more clearly than on smaller models.

Up to six cabins and an optional two-level owner's suite

The accommodation plan can provide as many as six guest cabins, while the owner can select a two-level loft-style suite connecting the main deck with a private lower-deck waterside retreat. That option changes the usual relationship between the owner's cabin and the sea by creating direct access to a lower private space.

Cor D. Rover's interior concept was developed to support substantial customisation rather than a single fixed decorative package. Large windows and the tri-deck layout are intended to bring daylight deeper into the accommodation while preserving the practical separation needed for crew circulation and extended cruising.

Two propulsion packages change the performance brief

Standard propulsion uses twin MAN V12 engines rated at 3,100 horsepower, with Sirena publishing a top speed of 16 knots for that configuration. An optional 3,800-horsepower package raises the stated maximum to 21 knots, giving buyers a choice between different performance and operating priorities.

These figures are builder specifications and should not be treated as independent sea-trial results for every hull. Loading, weather, engine specification and hull condition will influence actual speed and fuel consumption, while the fast-displacement form is intended to maintain efficiency across a broad operating range.

The launch establishes a new commercial flagship

With the first Sirena 118 in the water, the project has moved from a construction programme into a delivered-model reference for the brand's larger-yacht ambitions. That shift matters commercially because buyers can now evaluate the platform through a completed yacht rather than relying only on renderings and technical drawings.

Future hulls can still vary significantly through interior choices, equipment and propulsion options. The present 36-metre yacht therefore establishes the model's baseline dimensions and engineering while leaving room for owner-specific configuration within the series.
