USS Sequoia is a 31.70-metre historic American motor yacht designed by John Trumpy and built by the Mathis Yacht Building Company in Camden, New Jersey, in 1925. The wooden yacht later entered United States government service and became one of the most historically important presidential yachts of the twentieth century.

The National Park Service records Sequoia as having been used by nine U.S. presidents from Herbert Hoover through Jimmy Carter. Franklin D. Roosevelt used her before moving to the larger USS Potomac, while later administrations used Sequoia for political meetings, diplomacy, recreation and private presidential occasions.

John F. Kennedy held his final birthday celebration aboard Sequoia. Lyndon B. Johnson used the yacht while lobbying members of Congress, and Richard Nixon used her extensively for foreign-policy discussions; the National Park Service connects the yacht with his Vietnam decision-making and his retreat from Washington during the Watergate crisis.

Jimmy Carter ended the government yacht tradition when Sequoia was sold at public auction in 1977. Designated a National Historic Landmark in 1987, the privately owned wooden yacht is described by the National Park Service's latest published status as undergoing restoration with the aim of future public access.
