TWW Yachts has been appointed central sales agent for the 2025 Sanlorenzo SX88 JUNIOR, a 27m crossover yacht with an enclosed flybridge helm.
TWW Yachts has been appointed central sales agent for JUNIOR, a 27-metre Sanlorenzo SX88 delivered in 2025. The relatively recent build date places the yacht in a different part of the brokerage market from older vessels requiring substantial refit planning, with buyers instead able to focus on specification, layout and immediate usability.
JUNIOR is part of Sanlorenzo's SX crossover series, which blends elements associated with explorer-style exterior living and conventional motor-yacht comfort. TWW's announcement highlights the yacht's enclosed, air-conditioned flybridge helm and open-plan main-deck arrangement as central features of this particular example.
The flybridge helm is enclosed rather than exposed, with self-opening side windows intended to retain the connection with the exterior when conditions allow. That arrangement gives the upper helm more protection in heat, rain or wind while preserving the elevated visibility expected from a flybridge driving position.
For owners who cruise in warm climates, climate control at the helm can be more than a comfort feature because it changes how regularly the upper station is likely to be used. It also distinguishes JUNIOR from configurations that place greater emphasis on an entirely open upper deck.
JUNIOR's 2025 delivery date makes the listing useful as a market indicator for near-new production-derived yachts. When a recent yacht comes back to market, buyers can compare the resale opportunity directly with new-build pricing, delivery slots and the time required to specify and complete another yacht.
That comparison can become particularly important in successful series where demand exists for both factory-new and lightly used examples. The final transaction, if completed, will provide a stronger measure of market value than the listing alone, especially if the asking price or later reductions become public.
As central sales agent, TWW becomes the principal brokerage point for enquiries, inspections and negotiations. The appointment should also provide a consistent record of the yacht's market status, which is useful for tracking when she entered the market and any changes that follow.
Superyacht Guide will treat the listing as a market event and continue tracking any published asking-price changes or sale confirmation. That record is particularly valuable for recent series-built yachts because comparable transactions can help show how age, specification and availability affect resale performance.
