TWW Yachts has launched its 2026 Crew Awards programme, creating four categories covering teamwork, guest experience, individual contribution and onboard content.
TWW Yachts has opened nominations for its 2026 Crew Awards, a recognition programme aimed at highlighting the people who deliver the day-to-day service behind successful charter operations. The awards cover entire crews as well as individual team members, with judging criteria built around professionalism, guest satisfaction, initiative and creative storytelling.
The Superstar Yacht Award is designed for a crew that has shown exceptional teamwork and resilience during a demanding charter or onboard situation. Judges will look at professionalism, collaboration between departments, problem-solving and the ability to maintain guest service while managing pressure.
That category focuses on the collective performance of the yacht rather than the achievements of one department alone. On complex charters, the strongest outcomes often depend on deck, interior, galley and engineering teams coordinating smoothly when plans change.
The Best Guest Feedback Award will recognise the yacht receiving the strongest guest comments across the charter season. TWW says it will assess broker feedback, guest books and the consistency of positive testimonials rather than relying on one isolated compliment.
Consistent guest satisfaction can be difficult to sustain because charter programmes involve different personalities, itineraries and operational conditions. Recognising that consistency places attention on service systems and team culture as well as memorable individual moments.
Crew Hero of the Season is aimed at one person who repeatedly goes beyond normal expectations for colleagues, owners and guests. Criteria include initiative, leadership, a positive attitude and the ability to support others while maintaining professional standards.
The nomination route allows captains and department heads to identify contributions that may not always be visible to guests. Onboard operations often depend on experienced crew members who solve problems quietly and help less experienced colleagues develop.
The fourth category rewards the best social-media content showing yacht life, destinations and the charter experience. TWW will consider originality, photography or video quality, storytelling and engagement across professional or yacht social accounts.
That category reflects how visual content has become part of charter marketing and recruitment as well as crew culture. Strong onboard content can communicate the character of a yacht while still requiring care around privacy, owner expectations and professional standards.
