35.5m Permare ARSANA Reduced to €11.9 Million

Fraser has reduced the asking price of the 35.5-metre Permare motor yacht ARSANA to €11.9 million. The brokerage announced the reduction on 4 September 2026, and its live sales listing now shows the updated price while presenting the 2023 Amer 120 flagship as a turnkey yacht available for immediate purchase.

ARSANA was delivered by Permare in 2023 and measures 35.5 metres overall, with a 7.4-metre beam, 2.11-metre draft and gross tonnage of 245 GT. Fraser lists accommodation for 10 guests in five cabins, supported by six crew, with a full-beam owner’s suite positioned on the main deck.

Price reduced to €11.9 million

The new €11.9 million figure places ARSANA below the price shown on older versions of the sales material and is the number currently displayed on Fraser’s live listing. The brokerage has named Alex Krykanyuk and Kristina Bychkova as the contacts for the reduced-price offering.

Price reductions are often used to reset a yacht’s position in the active brokerage market, and Fraser is pairing the revised asking price with high-profile show exposure. Its current listing says ARSANA is on display at the Cannes Yachting Festival from 8 to 13 September and is scheduled to be at anchor during the Monaco Yacht Show from 23 to 26 September.

That timing gives prospective buyers two opportunities to inspect the yacht during the busiest European sales period of the year. It also means the price reduction is being introduced immediately before two events where brokers, owners and advisers can compare ARSANA directly with other recently delivered yachts in the same size bracket.

The yacht is not being marketed as a refit project or restoration opportunity. Fraser describes her as turnkey, emphasising the relative youth of a vessel delivered only in 2023 and the fact that the current sales proposition centres on specification, condition and immediate usability rather than a planned technical overhaul. That distinction is relevant in a brokerage market where acquisition cost can be only one part of the buyer’s decision, because the time and capital required for a major refit may materially change the economics of an older yacht.

Amer 120 flagship by Permare

ARSANA is an Amer 120 built by Permare, the Italian yard behind the Amer range. Fraser identifies the yacht as the flagship 35.5-metre model and credits Ramasco Yacht Design with the design concept while listing Jean Michel Wilmotte as interior designer and Permare as exterior designer in the specification section.

Construction is in fiberglass/GRP, and the yacht’s volume is listed at 245 GT. The dimensions put ARSANA firmly in the sub-40-metre superyacht market, but the five-cabin arrangement and main-deck owner’s suite are intended to deliver the accommodation pattern expected on larger custom motor yachts.

The owner’s stateroom spans the full beam on the main deck, while the remaining guest accommodation is arranged across four additional cabins. Fraser’s specification lists three double cabins and two convertible cabins, allowing the yacht to accommodate 10 guests while retaining flexibility for different family or charter-style party arrangements.

Interior presentation is built around extensive natural light. Fraser highlights floor-to-ceiling glazing in the main saloon, opening sea balconies to port and starboard and an integrated wine cellar, combining visual connection to the water with practical entertaining spaces inside the main deck.

Outdoor spaces and water access

The foredeck is one of the principal exterior areas, with Fraser quoting approximately 35 square metres of lounge space. It includes a hot tub, sun pads and seating, creating a separate forward relaxation zone away from the more conventional aft-deck circulation areas.

At the stern, a beach club and hydraulic swim platform are designed to simplify access to the water. These features extend the usable guest area at anchor and give the yacht a direct connection to swimming and tender or water-toy activities without relying solely on the main aft deck.

Zero-speed stabilizers are also part of the specification. Their role is to reduce roll while the yacht is stationary, complementing the outdoor areas by improving comfort when guests are using the foredeck, beach-club spaces or interior accommodation at anchor.

Fraser also lists Wi-Fi, a hot tub and a wine cellar among the yacht’s equipment and amenities. The brokerage’s sales presentation focuses less on novelty features than on combining a conventional five-cabin layout with large glazing areas, flexible outdoor spaces and a modern propulsion package.

Volvo Penta IPS propulsion

ARSANA is powered by four Volvo engines rated at 1,350 hp each and driving through Volvo Penta IPS propulsion. Fraser lists a cruising speed of 17 knots and a maximum speed of 22 knots, with a published range of 1,300 nautical miles.

The brokerage describes the propulsion arrangement as fuel-efficient and responsive, while the yacht’s natural-ventilation system is intended to reduce demand on air conditioning in suitable conditions. Together, those systems form part of the efficiency narrative around the Amer 120 rather than relying on a single fuel-saving feature.

Electrical generation is listed as two 45kW Kohler units plus one 24kW Kohler generator. ARSANA is classed by Registro Italiano Navale, or RINA, and currently carries the French flag according to Fraser’s live specification. Those published details give prospective buyers a useful technical baseline before survey, sea trial and the more detailed due-diligence work that would normally accompany a transaction of this scale.

The combination of a 2023 delivery date and a reduced asking price makes ARSANA a relatively young brokerage offering at 35.5 metres. Buyers are being offered a yacht with a known builder, current classification information, an established five-cabin arrangement and a specification that can be inspected at major September shows.

The next market signal will be whether the €11.9 million repositioning generates buyer activity during Cannes or ahead of Monaco. Until a sale is confirmed, ARSANA remains publicly offered through Fraser at the reduced price, with the brokerage continuing to market her as a turnkey Amer 120 available in the current European sales season.
