Autograph Yacht Group has announced the sale of the 40.9m Baglietto DOM133 ANDALA, representing the buyer in the transaction.

Autograph Yacht Group has announced the sale of ANDALA, a 40.9-metre Baglietto DOM133 delivered in 2025 and recognised at the 2026 World Superyacht Awards. Gary Hardcastle of Autograph represented the buyer, while the seller was represented by Tommaso Bilotta of Bagamericas and Federico Caslini of IBI Yachts.

The transaction closes a short first ownership chapter

ANDALA was launched at Baglietto’s La Spezia shipyard in June 2025, making the sale notable for how quickly the yacht has returned to the market and changed hands after delivery. Autograph Yacht Group says the transaction also marks an important milestone at the close of its first year of operation.

No sale price or buyer identity has been disclosed by the brokerage. The transaction therefore adds to 2026 brokerage activity without providing a public benchmark for the final value achieved, leaving the yacht’s technical specification and recent build status as the clearest indicators of her market positioning. The short interval between delivery and resale also means the new owner acquires a yacht whose machinery, coatings and guest spaces have seen relatively limited service compared with older brokerage inventory. That can reduce the immediate refit exposure that often accompanies a second-hand purchase.

ANDALA is the eighth hull in the DOM133 series

The 40.9-metre yacht is the eighth Baglietto DOM133 and is described by Autograph as the most extensively customised example of the series to date. Her exterior lines are by Stefano Vafiadis, while Giorgio M. Cassetta developed the interiors around a brief that increased both layout individuality and the connection between indoor and exterior living areas.

Series construction gives buyers the benefit of a proven underlying platform, but extensive customisation allows individual yachts to move well beyond a standard production specification. In ANDALA’s case, the changes to arrangement and detailing were sufficient to make the yacht stand apart within an already established Baglietto family. Buyers of semi-custom yachts often evaluate both the reputation of the series and the uniqueness of the particular hull. ANDALA combines the resale reassurance of an established model with enough owner-specific modification to avoid being perceived as simply interchangeable with another DOM133.

Fold-down balconies and two pools shape the exterior programme

Floor-to-ceiling glazing brings natural light into the interior, while fold-down side balconies extend living areas toward the water. The yacht also carries pools at both the bow and stern, creating separate exterior focal points rather than concentrating all waterside activity around one aft-deck feature.

A beach club with direct access to the sea reinforces that approach, while accommodation is arranged across five guest cabins. The combination reflects the DOM133 concept’s emphasis on open living and close contact with the water, but ANDALA’s customised execution gives those core ideas a more individual owner-led interpretation. The dual-pool arrangement also gives owners the option to separate quieter relaxation areas from more active guest spaces. That division can become especially useful when the yacht is carrying a full complement of guests and several exterior zones are being used at the same time.

Awards recognition supported the yacht’s profile before sale

ANDALA received recognition at the 2026 World Superyacht Awards, where Autograph says judges highlighted the yacht’s exterior styling, light-filled interiors and the continued development of Baglietto’s build quality across the DOM133 series. That award gave the yacht additional visibility before the latest transaction.

For a recently delivered yacht, independent design and build recognition can strengthen market awareness even though it does not determine resale value on its own. The sale now moves ANDALA into a second ownership phase with a specification that remains close to new-build condition and benefits from very recent construction. Recent awards can also help document how a particular hull was received when new, giving future owners a reference point for design significance and build execution. In brokerage terms, that narrative adds context to a yacht that has entered its second ownership cycle unusually early.
