Royal Yacht International has sold the 64.5m Benetti SEANNA for the second time, completing the latest transaction less than a year after her previous sale.
Royal Yacht International has completed the sale of the 64.5-metre Benetti SEANNA, marking the second time the brokerage has sold the yacht and completing the latest transaction less than a year after the previous deal. SEANNA was most recently offered at an asking price of €44 million, with Royal Yacht International acting as Central Sales Agent for the seller.
The transaction was facilitated by Royal Yacht International CEO Tommaso Chiabra, who represented the seller with assistance from Camilla Maurizio. The brokerage says the repeat sale reflects the value of combining central-agency positioning, international market reach and direct access to qualified buyers through the full transaction process.
Royal Yacht International also handled SEANNA's previous sale in July 2025, when Chiabra represented the buyer. The latest transaction therefore brings the same 64.5-metre Benetti through two separate ownership changes with the same brokerage involved on different sides of the deals.
That repeat involvement gives the latest sale a different context from a conventional one-off brokerage transaction. Royal Yacht International says the second deal was completed in less than a year while it was acting as Central Sales Agent for the seller, after SEANNA had most recently been marketed at €44 million.
Benetti delivered SEANNA in 2011 with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, and Royal Yacht International lists a beam of 12.2 metres, draft of 3.5 metres and gross tonnage of 1,426GT. The yacht was designed by Benetti's in-house team, with interiors credited to RWD and Susan Young, and combines substantial internal volume with the proportions of a 64.5-metre displacement yacht.
Twin Caterpillar 3516B engines provide a stated maximum speed of 16.8 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. Royal Yacht International's technical material also lists a range of approximately 6,000 nautical miles, supporting transatlantic operation and extended cruising programmes.
SEANNA accommodates up to 14 guests across seven suites, including a full-beam owner's suite on the main deck with separate bathrooms, dressing areas, a study and lounge seating. A VIP suite is positioned on the upper deck, while the remaining guest accommodation is arranged on the lower deck and the yacht carries up to 17 crew.
Guest spaces include a main saloon that can convert into a cinema, a separate television lounge, formal dining room, library with an electric fireplace and dedicated massage rooms. Outside, the expansive sun deck includes a raised Jacuzzi pool, bar, barbecue, shaded dining and an aft area capable of serving as a touch-and-go helipad, while the beach club incorporates a gym and fold-down sea terrace.
SEANNA completed her 10-year class survey in 2021, when Royal Yacht International says she also received a full repaint and major AV/IT upgrades. Those works formed part of the condition and maintenance story behind the most recent sales campaign, alongside the yacht's established charter and long-range cruising capability.
The latest transaction closes another unusually short ownership cycle for a yacht of this scale and places SEANNA among the large Benetti yachts Royal Yacht International has sold more than once. For the wider brokerage market, the deal demonstrates that well-maintained, immediately available large yachts can continue to change hands rapidly when pricing, positioning and buyer access align.
