Ahoy Club has listed the 73m Lürssen CORAL OCEAN for €99 million, following her 2022 rebuild and an additional refit in 2026.

A €99 million asking price in Monaco

The 73-metre Lürssen motor yacht CORAL OCEAN has been offered for sale by Ahoy Club with an asking price of €99 million. The broker lists the yacht as lying in Monaco and explicitly states that VAT has not been paid, a distinction relevant to purchasers comparing advertised prices.

Delivered in 1994 under the name CORAL ISLAND, the yacht was designed by Jon Bannenberg and has a stated beam of 13.04 metres. The sale concerns an existing vessel rather than a newly commissioned yacht, and an advertised asking price does not establish the amount any buyer will ultimately pay.

Rebuild and subsequent refit

Ahoy Club says CORAL OCEAN underwent a €35 million rebuild in 2022, including a redesigned sundeck and reworked guest and interior spaces. The broker also records a further refit in 2026, with a 30-year survey and new stabilisers among the items highlighted in its listing.

The amount attributed to the earlier rebuild is an expenditure figure supplied by the selling broker rather than an independent assessment of the yacht's current value. Prospective buyers would need to verify the refit documentation, class records, condition and commercial arrangements through their own advisers.

Accommodation and principal specifications

The broker specifies 1,526 gross tonnes, six guest cabins for 12 guests and accommodation for 28 crew. The yacht is described as steel and aluminium construction under the Marshall Islands flag, with a reported cruising speed of 13.5 knots and a maximum of 16 knots.

The listing quotes a range of 8,000 nautical miles at 12 knots and describes wellness facilities including a treatment room, sauna, steam room and gym. These are broker-supplied specifications; their practical use, range and equipment condition should be established from the actual documentation for the vessel.

What the sale listing establishes

Ahoy Club identifies a rebuilt sundeck, opening salon shell door and beach club among the yacht's principal features, and provides an extensive photographic gallery. The listing states that CORAL OCEAN is commercially registered and that viewings are available by appointment through the brokerage.

The yacht also has an existing Superyacht Guide fleet record, which readers can use alongside the broker's current sale listing. Availability, asking price and tax treatment can change, so all three should be reconfirmed directly before any transaction.
