The 33.5-metre crossover yacht combines a steel hull with an aluminium superstructure and was developed from a platform conceived in-house by Antonini Navi. Hydro Tec was responsible for the exterior design, naval architecture and engineering, while Milan-based Hot Lab created the interiors.

A milestone for the La Spezia shipyard

The delivery marks the completion of Antonini Navi's first yacht and establishes the young brand as an active builder within the market for custom steel superyachts below 500GT. The company forms part of Gruppo Antonini, an industrial organisation whose shipbuilding and engineering background in La Spezia dates to 1943.

Antonini Navi has drawn on that industrial experience while developing the specialist organisation required for custom yacht construction. The programme involved establishing a network of suppliers, consultants and technical partners capable of working within the flexibility demanded by a yacht designed around one owner's requirements.

The shipyard described Seamore 34's departure as both the conclusion of its first complete yacht-building programme and the beginning of a broader phase of growth. Antonini Navi is also preparing the custom steel yacht Evo 31 for launch, while a further 40-metre steel yacht is being constructed on speculation for delivery in 2028.

A crossover shaped by professional vessels

Seamore 34 was conceived as a crossover yacht with visual influences drawn from tugboats, fishing vessels and military craft. Hydro Tec translated those references into a near-vertical bow, large reverse-raked bridge windows, pronounced bridge wings and sculpted volumes intended to give the yacht a strong and recognisable identity.

The yacht measures 33.5 metres overall and has a beam of 7.80 metres. Her gross tonnage remains below 300GT, while the official technical specification provides accommodation for ten guests and six crew members.

This combination of steel construction, substantial beam and comparatively compact length places Seamore 34 within a growing sector of yachts designed to offer the strength, internal capacity and long-range character of a larger displacement vessel without requiring the operating footprint of a substantially longer superyacht.

Sea trials confirm range and comfort

Pre-delivery sea trials confirmed a range of more than 4,300 nautical miles at ten knots, according to Antonini Navi. The yacht also reached a maximum speed of 14 knots during the trials, supporting her intended role as a capable platform for extended private cruising.

The shipyard also published detailed measurements of noise and vibration. With the yacht at anchor and all systems operating, noise within the owner's suite on the main deck was recorded at 39.2 dB(A). Vibration in the main saloon, situated close to the engine room, was limited to 0.32 millimetres per second.

These measurements are particularly relevant aboard a steel yacht of this size, where machinery, generators and technical spaces are necessarily positioned relatively close to the principal guest accommodation. Antonini Navi presents the results as evidence of the attention given to structural engineering, insulation and machinery installation throughout the build.

Living spaces connect interior and exterior

The layout was developed to reduce the division between enclosed accommodation and exterior deck areas. More than 150 square metres of usable space extends through the main deck, with large sliding glass panels allowing different parts of the living environment to be opened or enclosed according to weather and operating conditions.

The upper deck provides approximately 160 square metres of outdoor space for dining, relaxation and social use. By distributing significant leisure areas along the length of the yacht, the arrangement seeks to create the spatial experience of a larger vessel while retaining Seamore 34's more manageable overall dimensions.

This adaptability is intended to make the yacht suitable for more than occasional summer entertaining. Sheltered exterior spaces and adjustable glazing allow the same areas to remain useful during extended passages, cooler cruising periods and changing weather conditions.

Hot Lab combines classic and contemporary details

Hot Lab developed an interior that combines classical references with a restrained contemporary material palette. Teak, pastel-coloured lacquer, ribbed textures and antiqued glass surfaces are used to reflect natural light and increase the visual perception of space.

The interiors form part of a continuous sequence rather than a collection of isolated formal rooms. Long sightlines, extensive glazing and the relationship between furniture arrangements and exterior openings preserve visual connections through the yacht and towards the sea.

On a yacht of 33.5 metres, the treatment of light, materials and circulation can influence the experience of volume as significantly as the physical dimensions themselves. The interior design therefore supports the project's broader objective of combining the strength and practicality of a steel crossover yacht with the relaxed atmosphere of a private family vessel.

A custom yacht and future platform

Although the delivered yacht was developed around a specific owner's brief, Antonini Navi intends the underlying Seamore 34 platform to support future semi-custom projects. Later clients will be able to alter layouts, configurations and styling while retaining an established steel-and-aluminium engineering foundation.

The strategy places the builder between completely bespoke construction and conventional series production. An owner retains substantial freedom over the completed yacht, while the shipyard can reuse tested structural and technical work instead of restarting every element from a blank sheet.

For Antonini Navi, delivery provides the proof that its platform and production organisation can progress from concept through construction, launch, sea trials and final handover. Seamore 34 now gives the builder a completed yacht through which prospective owners can assess its engineering, finish, performance and approach to customisation.
