Azimut will stage the world debut of its 43.6m Grande 44M flagship at Cannes Yachting Festival 2026. The four-deck yacht offers five or six guest cabins and a published maximum speed of 17 knots.
Azimut will present the 43.6-metre Grande 44M at Cannes Yachting Festival 2026, where the new flagship is confirmed for its world debut. The appearance follows the yacht’s launch in July and places the largest model in Azimut’s Grande range before an international show audience for the first time.
The Grande 44M measures 43.6 metres overall with an 8.67-metre beam and accommodates 10 guests in a five- or six-cabin arrangement. Azimut said seven units had already been sold when the first yacht was launched, giving the new flagship a substantial order book before its Cannes debut.
The four-deck architecture includes an upper deck dedicated to the owner, creating a more private area within the yacht’s accommodation plan. Exterior styling is by Alberto Mancini, while M2atelier developed the interiors, bringing together two Italian design teams on the flagship project.
Azimut has made weight reduction a central part of the Grande 44M’s technical package, with more than half of the yacht’s superstructure by surface area built in carbon fibre. The design also uses the builder’s Dual Mode hull together with Hull Vane foil technology as part of the new flagship’s efficiency-focused technical package.
Further measures include about 30 square metres of solar panels and Azimut’s Mild Hybrid system. Together with the carbon-fibre construction, Dual Mode hull and Hull Vane technology, they form the principal efficiency features highlighted by the builder for the Grande 44M.
Standard propulsion is based on twin 1,550hp MAN engines, while twin 1,800hp MAN units are listed as an option. Azimut publishes a maximum speed of up to 17 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots for the Grande 44M.
The 8.67-metre beam supports the yacht’s multi-deck layout, owner-focused upper deck and flexible guest accommodation. The combination of five or six guest cabins with accommodation for 10 guests also gives the Grande 44M two published cabin configurations.
Cannes marks a separate milestone from the July launch, moving the Grande 44M from its construction and launch phase into its first international show presentation. The yacht joins Azimut’s 2026 Cannes line-up as the builder’s new flagship and brings the 43.6-metre model into its formal world-debut setting.
The world debut will place the Grande 44M’s four-deck arrangement, carbon-fibre construction and efficiency technologies before the Cannes audience. With seven units already reported sold at the time of launch, the show appearance follows an active start for Azimut’s newest flagship programme.
