Benetti has sold the second B.Yond 57M, with the 57-metre explorer-style platform offering six guest cabins, hybrid capability and a 5,000nm range.
Benetti has sold the second unit in its 57-metre B.Yond 57M series, with Charles Carveles of Edmiston representing the buyer. The transaction follows the sale of the first hull and adds another order to the builder’s expedition-influenced long-range platform.
Lobanov Design created the exterior, Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture is responsible for the interior and Benetti developed the naval architecture. The model uses a high-volume profile with extensive glazing and large exterior areas.
The B.Yond 57M moves guest accommodation to the main deck and places the main saloon above on the upper deck. The arrangement increases access to natural light for the six guest cabins and creates an uninterrupted upper-deck social space extending approximately 22 metres from bow to stern.
Owners can choose between Beach, Air and Water stern configurations to match different cruising priorities. The first-hull Beach version includes a large waterside area, pool and a garage that can convert into extra guest space once tenders and toys are launched.
Twin MAN engines provide conventional propulsion, with the yacht reported to reach around 15 knots and offer a range of approximately 5,000 nautical miles at cruising speed. Benetti has also developed the model with hybrid-electric capability for lower-emission operation underway or at anchor.
Additional efficiency measures include a direct-expansion HVAC system and alternative deck materials. The second sale suggests the unusual internal arrangement and explorer-style brief are finding support among owners seeking extended periods aboard rather than only short seasonal cruising.
