A purpose-built guest tender for Monaco Yacht Show

Cockwells Modern & Classic Boatbuilding is preparing to exhibit its 9.8-metre limousine tender for Four Seasons Yachts at Monaco Yacht Show from 23 to 26 September 2026. The British builder says the boat is one of a commissioned pair intended for guest transfers associated with the Four Seasons maritime hospitality programme.

The tender is a support craft and measures less than 24 metres, so this announcement belongs to Superyacht Guide's tender-industry coverage rather than its superyacht fleet. The Four Seasons mothership is a yacht-liner, not a conventional private superyacht, and is not being added to the fleet rankings through this story.

Eight-guest interior and concealed amenities

The arrangement seats eight guests in a climate-controlled cabin beneath a sweeping glazed roof, with a full-width sunroof and an aft deck. Afromosia timber and hand-finished joinery are among the materials identified by the builder, alongside leather seating and integrated lighting.

Additional equipment includes a chart plotter, entertainment system, minibar, refrigerator and a concealed champagne-service cabinet. These features distinguish the custom guest-transfer brief from a purely utilitarian workboat, but operational accessibility and comfort should be judged aboard the finished craft.

Engines and the Monaco display

Cockwells specifies twin Yanmar 4LV engines rated at 250 horsepower each, joystick handling and a Seakeeper stabilisation system. The builder quotes a maximum speed of up to 35 knots, a promotional specification rather than a speed independently measured by Superyacht Guide.

Visitors can ask about the tender at the builder's announced QJ8 stand in the show's Tender Show. The Monaco appearance provides an opportunity to inspect the actual craft rather than relying on earlier design renderings; delivery arrangements for the paired vessels remain subject to confirmation from the client.
