Burgess continues to advertise the 28.4-metre Custom Line Belle Ile at €7.98 million in its current online sales catalogue, confirming that the figure in its 31 August 2026 brokerage announcement remains publicly listed. The company announced its appointment as central agent alongside a €500,000 price reduction, but this is an active listing rather than a newly completed sale.

Delivered in 2023, Belle Ile is a Navetta 30 built by Custom Line in Italy, with exterior design by Filippo Salvetti and naval architecture by Ferretti Engineering. The full specification gives a length overall of 28.43 metres, placing her firmly within Superyacht Guide's 24-metre-plus fleet coverage.

Four guest cabins and flexible interior space

The advertised guest arrangement sleeps eight across four cabins, including a full-beam owner's suite on the main deck and three cabins below. Burgess says a separate lower-deck study can be reconverted into a fifth cabin, although the published eight-guest configuration is the one buyers should use until a revised arrangement and certification are confirmed.

Two lounges separate social activities between the main and upper decks, while the exterior programme includes a foredeck Jacuzzi and a sundeck with recently installed Technogym equipment. The brokerage lists five crew, and the usable accommodation under any proposed commercial programme should be checked against the yacht's actual certificates.

Machinery and operating questions for buyers

Two MAN diesel engines provide the published propulsion package, with Burgess quoting a 12-knot cruise and a top speed of 14.5 knots in its detailed specification. The yacht is advertised with both Seakeeper gyro and Sleipner zero-speed fin stabilisation, plus engine warranties the broker says run to March 2028.

Burgess's current full listing gives a range of 1,600 nautical miles at ten knots, but online versions of the specification have displayed different figures; buyers should ask for the broker's latest signed particulars and underlying performance documentation. The €7.98 million price is an asking figure, not a reported transaction price or independent valuation.
