Feadship Resale is currently offering the 68-metre LADY CHRISTINE at an asking price of €49.9 million VAT paid, placing the 2010 custom yacht directly in the builder’s own resale portfolio. Hull 801 was created for experienced owners who were closely involved in the design, resulting in an unusual split-level arrangement centred on a private owner’s deck above the wheelhouse.

A private deck shapes the interior plan

Feadship says the original brief called for a separate owner’s salon above the wheelhouse, so the bridge was moved down one level and the forward deck raised to create a complete private deck. The resulting arrangement combines the owner’s suite with an observation lounge and separates that area from the yacht’s principal guest circulation.

The current resale specification lists accommodation for ten guests in five staterooms. Interior design is credited to Rodney Black, while Studio De Voogt created the exterior styling and Feadship De Voogt Naval Architects handled the naval architecture.

Range supports extended cruising

LADY CHRISTINE’s current Feadship specification lists a 5,000-nautical-mile range at cruising speed, giving the yacht genuine long-distance capability rather than limiting it to short seasonal itineraries. Fuel capacity is listed at 674 cubic metres, with a beam of 12.5 metres and a draft of 3.85 metres.

Propulsion is provided by twin MTU 16V 4000 M60 main engines. As with any yacht of this age and scale, prospective buyers would still need to verify current machinery hours, maintenance records, survey status and operating condition as part of technical due diligence.

Distinctive owner input remains visible

Feadship’s fleet history emphasises the level of owner involvement in the yacht’s development, extending from the overall exterior appearance down to small operational details. The yard cites features as specific as door sensors intended for the owners’ dogs, illustrating how thoroughly the yacht was tailored to a particular way of living aboard.

That degree of personalisation is characteristic of full-custom Feadships, but it also makes resale evaluation more individual. Buyers need to assess whether the existing layout suits their own cruising programme or whether future interior changes would be required.
