Northrop & Johnson has announced a €1.6 million asking-price reduction for PARVATI, taking the advertised figure to €2.35 million. The 26 October notice identifies Charles Herve as the broker representing the CRN motor yacht, which was built in 1979.
The announcement rounds the length to 40 metres in its headline and gives 39.7 metres in the detailed text. It describes a steel hull with an aluminium superstructure, a displacement form and hydraulic fin stabilisers; the price change is an offer to the market rather than evidence of a completed sale.
PARVATI is offered with accommodation for up to eleven guests across five staterooms. The main-deck master has a walk-in wardrobe, dressing table and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and double sinks, according to the brokerage description.
Four additional guest cabins are on the lower deck. Two can be joined through a sliding partition to create a full-beam suite, allowing the accommodation to be configured as either four or five guest cabins rather than treating both arrangements as simultaneous layouts.
The main saloon combines light wood finishes, seating and formal dining for eight to ten people. A separate glass-enclosed television lounge adds another interior space, while the broker quotes approximately 2.1-metre ceiling heights.
Outside, the shaded aft dining area seats eight, and the flybridge includes a bar, barbecue and sunbathing space. The announcement also records teak work to the side decks in 2019 and describes RINA class and charter coding, whose current certificates and permitted operation should be confirmed directly during a purchase review.
