Riva 54Metri, Riva 96 Argo Super and Navetta 35 Win 2026 Yacht Trophies

Three winning models sit above the 24-metre threshold

Ferretti Group has reported five awards at the 2026 World Yachts Trophies, held in Cannes on 12 September at the conclusion of the Cannes Yachting Festival. Three of the winning models fall within Superyacht Guide's coverage: Riva 96 Argo Super, Riva 54Metri and Custom Line Navetta 35, with each recognised in a different size and design category.

The group released its official results on 14 September, identifying the award and the relevant length band for each vessel. The prizes are event distinctions rather than a measurement of independently verified fuel consumption, build reliability or resale performance, which are separate questions for yacht buyers.

Riva 96 Argo Super takes the layout prize

The Riva 96 Argo Super received the Best Layout award in the 80–98-foot class, covering 24–30 metres. The category acknowledges the yacht's arrangement rather than an overall ranking across all yachts at the ceremony, and the award should be read within its stated size class.

Riva's 54Metri collected Best Exterior Design in the 164–270-foot class, a 50–82-metre grouping. These are two very different yachts and awards, so reporting them as one undifferentiated model prize would obscure what the organisers actually recognised.

Custom Line Navetta 35 earns exterior-design recognition

The third model within the superyacht sector, Custom Line Navetta 35, won Best Exterior Design in the 98–164-foot category, corresponding to 30–50 metres. Ferretti had already introduced the Navetta 35 at Cannes, making the award a separate development from the model's initial presentation.

Ferretti Group also listed two smaller models among its five winners, but those fall below the 24-metre threshold for this publication's fleet coverage. The three superyacht awards above therefore represent the relevant subset of the company's full announcement rather than an assertion that it won only three trophies.

What the results tell prospective owners

Design awards can direct attention towards particular concepts, including the relationship between deck areas and accommodation, but they do not establish a yacht's suitability for any one owner's operating brief. Buyers should still examine the detailed general arrangement, build specification, service access and any changes made between a show yacht and the hull under consideration.

For those following the autumn new-model programme, the awards add context to the yachts displayed or promoted around Cannes. They do not constitute confirmation of additional contracts, deliveries or independently tested performance figures beyond what the shipyard separately discloses.
