Guidi America has opened a Sanford, Florida warehouse as the marine-components manufacturer expands US refit support and pursues more boat-builder business.
Italian marine-equipment manufacturer Guidi says its US subsidiary has opened a new warehouse in Sanford, Florida as it expands support for refit work and pursues more business with American boat builders.
The new Guidi America facility is dedicated to managing supplies and shipments for the US market. The company says customer feedback during the first half of 2026 has been positive, particularly around response times and order fulfilment.
Guidi manufactures components for cooling, water and onboard systems, including strainers, valves, water intakes, through-hulls and fittings. The Florida expansion strengthens local inventory and service support for customers that need replacement and refit components without long international lead times.
Guidi says refitting remains a core part of its American business, but it is also seeing new opportunities with US boat builders. One area of interest is demand for NPT-threaded components, which the company identifies as a growing segment in the market.
The move gives Guidi America a stronger base from which to support OEM customers as well as service yards and refit specialists.
Guidi is exhibiting at IBEX 2026 in Tampa from October 6 to 8 through Guidi America, using the show to assess market requirements and meet builders, distributors and marine professionals. The company is exhibiting in Hall 3 at booth 3-1315.
