On Monday, 26th January, Damen Yachting had the pleasure of celebrating the remarkable longevity and dedication of our staff at the Van der Valk in Middelburg. The occasion was marked by a heartfelt speech from Rose Damen, who expressed her sincere gratitude to each team member for their years of service and commitment to the company.
Each honouree received a commemorative book as a token of our appreciation. This celebration not only recognised their individual contributions but also highlighted the strength and continuity that our long-serving staff bring to Damen Yachting.
This year we had no fewer than 14 employees who celebrated their 40-year, 25-year or 12.5-year anniversaries with Damen Yachting.
