Horizon Yachts will present its RINA-classed 30.97m FD100 Tri-Deck Hull 12 at Monaco Yacht Show 2026 as the builder expands its European-market presence.
Horizon Yachts has confirmed that its 30.97m FD100 Tri-Deck Hull 12 will be presented at the Monaco Yacht Show from 23 to 26 September 2026, extending the Taiwanese builder’s push into the European market. The RINA-classed yacht has been configured specifically for European waters and will be displayed at Quai des États-Unis.
The announcement follows Horizon’s earlier Cannes Yachting Festival plans for the same yacht, but the Monaco appearance places Hull 12 in the larger custom and semi-custom market that gathers around Port Hercule each September. Horizon is using the yacht to demonstrate how its Fast Displacement series combines high internal volume, European styling and class-compliant engineering within a 30.97m platform.
Hull 12 is the first FD100 Tri-Deck built to Horizon’s RINA pleasure-yacht classification standard for the European market. The yacht measures 30.97m overall with a 7.25m beam and 1.88m draft, giving the model unusually broad proportions for its length.
Exterior styling was developed with Cor D. Rover, while Horizon’s current Monaco preview describes an interior using Cadorin European Oak, dyed-oak wall panels and Italian Minotti furniture. The design is intended to give the yacht the visual and spatial character of a larger superyacht without moving into a substantially longer hull.
Accommodation is arranged for ten guests across five ensuite staterooms, including a forward full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck. Four additional guest cabins are positioned on the lower deck, while the main salon is wrapped in full-height glazing to increase natural light and outward views.
The dining area can be separated from the galley by a motorised Mikado Quartz partition, and the galley includes underfloor heating and integrated wine storage. Above, the enclosed skylounge carries an 85-inch entertainment system and a custom bar, while the uppermost Tri-Deck remains open for outdoor use.
Horizon’s decision to bring Hull 12 to Monaco reflects a broader effort to increase the FD Series’ visibility with European owners, brokers and advisers. The builder has increasingly used Mediterranean shows to position the FD range as an alternative for buyers seeking large-yacht volume without moving into the 40m-plus market.
For Monaco, the yard is emphasizing class compliance, practical cruising capability and a layout developed around Mediterranean use rather than simply promoting maximum speed. The yacht also carries an OPACMARE-equipped tender garage, reinforcing the focus on day-to-day operation and owner use in crowded European cruising areas.
Horizon’s Monaco release states that Hull 12 is powered by twin MAN V12 engines rated at 2,000hp each. The specification differs from some standard FD100 model listings, underlining the level of customization that Horizon offers within the series.
The Monaco Yacht Show will therefore give the yard a chance to present Hull 12 not only as another FD100, but as a European-market configuration combining RINA classification, five-cabin accommodation and high-volume design. The yacht will be on display at the show from 23 to 26 September 2026.
