Metstrade says complimentary registration ends 31 October before its November Amsterdam exhibition, Superyacht Forum and infrastructure summit.

Metstrade has announced that complimentary visitor registration for its 2026 marine equipment exhibition closes on 31 October, ahead of a November industry programme in Amsterdam. The main exhibition will run from 17 to 19 November at RAI Amsterdam.

The organiser's 14 October release highlights The Superyacht Forum and a dedicated yacht infrastructure summit among the events taking place during the broader week. It is a time-sensitive industry planning update rather than a product announcement.

Registration deadline and visitor charges

According to the organiser, free trade-visitor registration remains available until 31 October 2026. An online fee of €90 excluding VAT is due to apply from 1 November for registration for the main Metstrade exhibition.

Delegates should check official terms for different conferences and accompanying events before making arrangements. Access to one exhibition does not necessarily include admission to every related meeting taking place in Amsterdam.

A week rather than three days

The central trade exhibition is scheduled for 17–19 November, but business meetings, conferences and associated gatherings extend beyond those dates. Metstrade describes an annual event that brings together more than 20,000 marine-sector professionals.

That concentration of suppliers and clients can make it practical to arrange technical consultations and commercial discussions during one visit. A worthwhile schedule usually requires advance appointments rather than relying entirely on spontaneous conversations at exhibition stands.

The Superyacht Forum programme

The Superyacht Forum is scheduled for 16–17 November, with the theme 'Accelerate the Evolution'. Organisers present the conference as a meeting for senior executives to examine significant challenges and opportunities across the large-yacht industry.

An announced theme does not establish a new industry agreement or regulatory change. Individual speaker claims and proposed initiatives should be checked against published evidence and confirmed outcomes before they are reported as fact.

A new infrastructure summit

The Yacht Infrastructure Summit is listed for 18 November, organised by SuperYacht Times and Marina World in partnership with Safe Harbor. The programme is intended to bring together businesses involved in financing, developing, supplying and operating marine infrastructure.

Deep-water berths, shore power, security and technical support are important practical considerations for large yachts. An infrastructure gathering can connect relevant parties, but it does not in itself confirm that any particular marina investment or expansion has been approved.

Suppliers serving the superyacht industry

Superyacht construction and refit rely on a broad network of firms providing materials, machinery, electrical equipment and specialist services. Metstrade offers opportunities to compare those providers alongside developments affecting the wider leisure marine sector.

Marketing claims at a trade exhibition should be tested against independent engineering documentation and applicable vessel requirements. Product compatibility, maintenance arrangements and class compliance are essential when equipment is intended for a complex superyacht.

Networking beyond the exhibition halls

Metstrade's announcement describes dealer meetings, site visits, conference sessions and business gatherings around Amsterdam during the week. The organiser has also presented a new video promoting the combined scale of these activities.

For smaller specialist suppliers, direct meetings with shipyards and project managers may be more valuable than exhibition traffic alone. Firms should prepare concise technical material, clear examples of relevant installations and specific next steps for follow-up.

Planning an effective visit

Delegates focused on large yachts may prioritise the Superyacht Forum, supply-chain discussions and the infrastructure summit rather than every mainstream recreational boating category. Separate tickets, dates and venue information need to be checked for each commitment.

Appointments should distinguish exploratory introductions from decisions that require certification, trials or project-specific specifications. Clear documentation and follow-up ownership help ensure that conversations turn into useful business work.

What the October announcement establishes

Metstrade has confirmed the core exhibition dates, the free-registration deadline and major components of the associated industry programme. It has not announced a new completed superyacht project or independently verified equipment performance figures.

Professionals considering a visit can consult the official registration information before 31 October and confirm individual conference arrangements separately. Subsequent product launches or regulatory statements should be covered when their own supporting documentation becomes available.
