Northrop & Johnson reports a $199,000 price cut on the 31.5m Falcon NORTHSTAR I and an offered three-year berth lease in Panama City.
Northrop & Johnson has reduced the asking price of the 31.5-metre motor yacht NORTHSTAR I by $199,000 to $2.55 million, according to its 14 September 2026 brokerage announcement. The 2005 Cantieri Navali Falcon 102 Flybridge is being marketed by broker Kristen Klein, and the asking figure is subject to change until a transaction is completed.
The seller is also offering prospective buyers a three-year lease at the yacht's current Ocean Reef berth in Panama City. The stated term runs from 1 December 2026 to 1 December 2029, but buyers should confirm lease transfer conditions, fees and availability directly with the broker.
The Italian-built yacht has four lower-deck guest cabins, each with its own bathroom, with accommodation for up to nine people in the principal arrangement. A cinema lounge on the main deck includes a Pullman berth and can be used as an additional cabin, which the broker says increases total sleeping capacity to as many as 12.
Exterior areas include a flybridge with lounge seating and a bar, aft-deck dining space, foredeck sunpads and a swim platform. These features are described in the sales material and should be assessed during a viewing rather than treated as independent evidence of their condition.
The broker's current listing describes twin MTU 16-cylinder diesels and a cruising speed of around 20 to 22 knots, with a maximum of approximately 25 knots. Speed figures are listing specifications, not measurements from a new independent sea trial conducted for this article.
The listing also cites replacement Kohler generators in 2025, air-conditioning chiller work and a preventative maintenance programme carried out during 2026. Prospective owners should request original invoices, survey findings and machinery records to establish the scope and quality of that work.
NORTHSTAR I is listed in Panama, and the marina proposal may appeal to a purchaser intending to keep the yacht in Central America. The asking price does not establish a final sale valuation or include all potential taxes, closing expenses or ongoing berth and operating costs.
The official brokerage listing carries the latest specifications and enquiry details. This NORTHSTAR I is a motor yacht and should not be confused with the separately reported racing yacht NORTHSTAR III.
