Solent-based PSA Prime Marine has expanded from yacht maintenance and delivery support into owner and guest concierge services across the UK and Europe.
PSA Prime Marine has introduced Prime Concierge alongside its established vessel maintenance, management and refit support. The Southampton-based specialist announced the expansion on 14 September 2026 and showcased it during the Southampton International Boat Show, positioning the service for both recreational-boat and superyacht clients.
The new offer moves beyond technical work to cover the practical arrangements that accompany an owner's use of a yacht. It is a service launch, not an announcement of a new yacht, marina or permanent hospitality venue.
The published concierge services include provisioning, laundry, catering, flowers, refuelling and arrangements for skippers and crew. PSA continues to provide repairs, yacht deliveries, inspections, refit project support and owner representation, so its expanded scope joins hospitality logistics to existing marine operations.
Owners and managers should establish whether each required service is performed directly or arranged through third parties, along with the relevant insurance, access and billing terms. A published menu of services is not a guarantee of availability in every cruising location.
The company's business-to-business work also covers boat preparation, commissioning, cleaning, valeting, engineering and post-show collections for builders, dealers and brokers. According to the release, its team brings more than 40 years of combined marine experience and has logged more than 400,000 nautical miles.
PSA is additionally showing a collaboration with marine finishing brand Farécla, including polishing compounds and protective products. Claims about environmental performance should be assessed against individual products and application methods rather than the existence of a partnership alone.
PSA Prime Marine used stand H162 in Southampton's New Wave Hall to explain the expansion during the 18–27 September show. For larger yachts, the service may be relevant to managing short-notice guest requirements or coordinating work ahead of a delivery or seasonal passage.
The official British Marine announcement establishes the service list, company identity and dated launch. Superyacht Guide has linked the existing company and event records rather than introducing duplicate directory entries.
