The 29.9m Sunseeker 100 Yacht FAMILY SPIRIT has received an almost €2 million price reduction and is now asking €10.995 million with Burgess.
Burgess has announced an almost €2 million price reduction on the 29.9-metre Sunseeker 100 Yacht FAMILY SPIRIT, bringing the current asking price to €10.995 million. Delivered in 2024, the yacht is lying in the South of France and is available for immediate viewings.
The adjustment follows a change of currency and places a nearly new example of Sunseeker's 100 Yacht series at a materially lower euro-denominated entry point.
FAMILY SPIRIT is built around the outdoor-living concept that helped define the Sunseeker 100 Yacht. Her flybridge incorporates sunbathing areas, a custom bar and dining space, while the foredeck provides a separate lounge.
The owner's suite has direct access to a private foredeck terrace. Stabilisation operates both underway and at anchor, supporting extended cruising as well as shorter Mediterranean programmes.
Burgess describes the reduction as almost €2 million and now quotes €10.995 million. Because the yacht was delivered only in 2024, the change creates a useful benchmark for buyer expectations in the upper production-superyacht market.
Immediate availability also carries value in this segment because a buyer can inspect and acquire an existing yacht without the lead time associated with ordering a new hull.
FAMILY SPIRIT is currently available for inspection in the South of France, within easy reach of buyers moving through the Mediterranean during the September sales period.
The next meaningful market milestone will be whether the revised asking price converts into a sale. Until then, the reduction provides a current reference point for the value of a recent Sunseeker 100 Yacht.
