Winch Design has revealed the interior of Amels 60-09, the ninth hull in the Amels 60 Limited Editions series. The studio has previously worked on several yachts from the line, including Come Together, Confidential and 21.12, giving it an established relationship with the platform.
The latest interior draws its visual references from Pacific Island landscapes. Wood, stone, leather and plaster are combined with soft curves and a restrained earthy palette intended to make the yacht feel informal and closely connected to the exterior environment.
The beach club uses carved wood flooring and a flowing layout to strengthen the transition between interior and outdoor areas. Winch Design describes the overall atmosphere as barefoot and relaxed rather than formal, despite the scale and finish expected of a 60-metre yacht.
A sculptural staircase inspired by rainforest trees becomes the main vertical feature through the accommodation. It connects the decks visually as well as physically and culminates at the bridge deck, where the design introduces stronger references to tropical canopy colours and textures.
Amels 60-09 is currently under construction and is being offered for sale with delivery scheduled for 2026. The remaining build period leaves scope for a buyer to complete final personalisation while retaining the proven technical base of the Amels 60 Limited Editions platform.
For Winch Design, the project is another example of using a repeat platform to create a distinctly individual interior. The engineering and exterior architecture remain established, while material selection, spatial character and detailing give Hull 6009 its own identity.
