YachtWorld will open an invitation-only Port Hercule venue during Monaco Yacht Show 2026 for shipyards, brokers, media and industry discussions.
YachtWorld will open a new invitation-only industry venue beside Port Hercule during the Monaco Yacht Show 2026, creating a separate space for shipyards, brokers, media and other yachting professionals to meet away from the main exhibition pontoons. YachtWorld House will operate from 23 to 25 September.
The venue is being positioned as an extension of YachtWorld's show presence rather than as a conventional conference. The programme will combine private meetings and hospitality with smaller editorial-style discussions covering changes across the yacht market.
YachtWorld says planned discussions will explore the evolving yacht customer, the future of shipbuilding, brokerage, market data, yacht management, technology and charter. The format is intended to be more intimate than a traditional conference, allowing smaller groups to examine issues affecting different parts of the market.
That subject mix is notable because Monaco Yacht Show increasingly acts as more than a yacht display. The week now concentrates builders, brokers, designers, suppliers, managers, financiers and media in one place, making off-show meetings and specialist discussion spaces an important part of the commercial activity around the event.
YachtWorld says executives from across its business will attend, including representatives from its charter operations. That reflects the broader convergence between yacht discovery, brokerage data, digital marketplaces and charter marketing as online platforms expand beyond basic classified listings.
The company describes YachtWorld House as a place for existing customers and partners as well as wider industry discussion. Attendance will be by invitation rather than public entry, and detailed programming and invitations are expected separately.
The venue will be located close to the show at Port Hercule, giving participants a base within walking distance of the yacht displays and exhibition stands. Unopiù will provide the interior and furnishings, while Papillon Milano 1990 will manage the food and hospitality programme.
Style Lab is overseeing the overall planning and on-site execution. Those partners are part of the hospitality concept rather than the editorial programme, which YachtWorld says will remain focused on industry ideas and discussion.
The launch illustrates how major digital yacht marketplaces are increasingly trying to position themselves as industry conveners as well as advertising platforms. YachtWorld already sits between buyers, sellers and brokers through its online marketplace; the Monaco venue adds a physical networking layer during the sector's highest-profile European show week.
For Superyacht Guide, the useful question will be whether YachtWorld House produces substantive market discussions and data that add to the public record rather than remaining primarily a hospitality exercise. The venue will run for three days during Monaco Yacht Show 2026, from 23 to 25 September.
