YARE confirms 10–12 March 2027 dates and opens registration for companies and yacht captains, with a new website and early-bird company bookings.
YARE, the Yachting Aftersales & Refit Experience, has opened registration for its seventeenth edition, scheduled for 10–12 March 2027 in Tuscany. The organiser confirmed the dates on 16 September 2026 and says registration is available for yacht captains and companies working across the refit and aftersales supply chain.
The gathering brings service companies and shipyards into contact with experienced captains, with an emphasis on business meetings and technical exchange. This is the opening of bookings for a future event, not a report on completed meetings or attendance at the 2027 edition.
The organiser has launched a redesigned YARE website with separate registration routes for company representatives and captains. It also advertises an early-bird registration rate for companies during the initial booking period, without setting a universal public price in the announcement reviewed here.
Participants can inspect the official event information before submitting an application, including eligibility and the arrangements relevant to their role. The published programme is still developing, so specific sessions should not be treated as final until the organiser confirms them.
YARE's format focuses on the working relationships needed for maintenance, technical repairs and major yacht refits after a vessel enters service. Its 2026 edition was reported by the organiser as attracting more than 600 guests and generating more than 2,600 business-to-captain meetings, figures relating to that earlier event only.
These historical attendance numbers illustrate the format but cannot be used as a forecast for 2027. Shipyards, managers, captains and suppliers considering participation should check the updated registration and programme details rather than assume identical numbers or an unchanged schedule.
Before the March event, the YARE team will attend Monaco Yacht Show from 23 to 26 September 2026 at the NAVIGO stand, AL19 on Quai Albert Ier. The organiser says its representatives will discuss the 2027 edition and participation opportunities with captains and industry businesses.
The official registration announcement provides the event contact address and further booking information. YARE's dates are confirmed, but any travel or meeting arrangements should be checked directly against the latest organiser updates.
