Burgess has listed the 39.6-metre CRN motor yacht Bunker for sale at €5.79 million following major paint, refit and 20-year survey work.
Burgess has brought the 39.6-metre CRN motor yacht Bunker to the sales market with an asking price of €5.79 million. Delivered in 2005 by CRN Ancona, the tri-deck yacht has received significant recent investment including a full paint programme in 2024 and an extensive 2025 refit centred on her 20-year special survey.
The yacht was designed externally by Zuccon International and has a reported internal volume of 328 GT. Burgess is positioning her as a turnkey opportunity in the 40-metre market, with the recent survey and refit period reducing the immediate technical workload often associated with yachts of a similar age.
Bunker accommodates up to 12 guests in five cabins, with a full-beam master suite on the main deck together with two VIP cabins and two twins with Pullman berths below. Interior spaces combine white leather, cherry wood, soft furnishings and contemporary artwork, while the three-deck arrangement provides several separate guest areas.
Exterior spaces include aft-deck lounging and dining, an upper-deck social area and a sun deck with a jacuzzi, sunpads and shade. A large swim platform gives direct access to the water, providing the type of guest-focused arrangement that can support either family cruising or commercial charter positioning.
Bunker is reported to cruise at 15 knots and reach a maximum speed of 22 knots, with zero-speed stabilisers fitted for comfort at anchor and underway. That performance, combined with her recent technical investment, places the yacht in a segment where buyers can compare established pedigree construction against newer yachts with substantially higher replacement costs.
The yacht is being marketed by Burgess and was scheduled for an open house at Flisvos Marina in Athens on 7 October. Her listing adds another sub-40-metre CRN to the current brokerage market at a time when condition, survey status and documented refit history remain important differentiators for older yachts.
