Camper & Nicholsons is offering the 40-metre Riva LADY FIRST for sale at €17.95 million during the Monaco sales season. Delivered in 2023, the Riva 130 Bellissima accommodates 11 guests in five cabins and is being presented as a highly specified example of the Italian builder's flagship flybridge line.

The relatively recent delivery date makes LADY FIRST a different proposition from many brokerage yachts in the same price bracket. Buyers are effectively comparing a nearly new production-based superyacht with older custom vessels that may offer more volume but require substantially more refit planning.

A 60-square-metre beach club drives the stern layout

The multi-level beach club provides around 60 square metres of waterside space and is designed to create a broad connection between the guest areas and the sea. That part of the yacht is increasingly important in modern brokerage because buyers often prioritise usable exterior space as heavily as interior saloons and formal dining rooms.
