42m Benetti WILLOW Reduced to €12.95 Million

Aug. 26, 2026 Sale Benetti Yachts

Burgess has reduced the asking price of 42m Benetti motor yacht WILLOW by a further €1 million to €12.95 million.

Burgess has announced a further €1 million reduction on the 42-metre Benetti motor yacht WILLOW, taking her asking price to €12.95 million. The 2017-built Veloce 140 is currently lying in Naples, Italy, where she is available for viewings.

A late example of Benetti's Veloce 140

WILLOW was delivered by Benetti in 2017 and is the fifth yacht in the yard's Veloce 140 series. Burgess records 376GT of internal volume within a 42-metre platform, with Stefano Righini responsible for the exterior design and Benetti credited with the interior.

Construction is in GRP for both the hull and superstructure, with the yacht built to RINA classification and commercial compliance. Her 8.5-metre beam contributes to the substantial volume, while a 2.4-metre draught keeps the yacht suited to established Mediterranean cruising grounds.

Five cabins and extensive exterior living

WILLOW accommodates 10 guests in five cabins, including a full-beam owner's suite with a private study and spa-style en-suite bathroom. The remaining accommodation is arranged as two additional double cabins and two twin cabins, supported by quarters for up to eight crew.

Exterior spaces include a sun deck with bar and retractable awning, a foredeck lounge with jacuzzi, several al fresco dining and lounging areas and a beach club opening onto a large fold-down swim platform. Burgess also highlights the yacht's long-standing charter record, giving prospective buyers an established reference point for commercial operation.

Performance remains central to the Veloce brief

Twin 3,460hp MTU diesel engines give WILLOW a maximum speed of 24 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots. Zero-speed stabilisers are fitted to reduce roll at anchor, supporting the combination of performance and guest comfort around which the Veloce 140 series was developed.

The yacht's relatively high speed distinguishes her from many displacement yachts in the same length bracket. At the same time, the 376GT interior and five-cabin arrangement provide the volume and accommodation expected from a conventional cruising superyacht.

A further reduction brings WILLOW to €12.95 million

Burgess published the latest price reduction on 24 August 2026, describing it as a further €1 million cut and confirming the new asking price at €12.95 million. The brokerage's current sales inventory also lists WILLOW at the same figure, providing independent current confirmation of the revised asking price.

With WILLOW now available for inspection in Naples, the latest reduction places another established 40-to-45-metre Benetti into a competitive late-summer brokerage market. Her combination of Veloce performance, five-cabin accommodation and proven charter use gives the listing a different profile from newer but less operationally established yachts of similar size.
